Great employees. Very helpful and pleasant. This store is usually less crowded than other Home Depots.

Clean store. Easy to find help. Items are stocked not shopped out. Excellent customer service. They really like customers. Amazing Pro Desk staff. Helpful and knowledgeable!

Excellent store with great customer service!

OK, since my first honest review was rejected here is my second attempt. I am not a fan of self checkout and it seems like this is the direction this store is going. Self checkout puts people out of work.

salesman unfriendly like i was bothering him, shelves are not re stocked and it is a mess the shelves!!!

Not enough cashiers

They will make you want to run to Lowe's for whatever you need. Horrible--close this location down totally and start over. They will lie to you, not worth the time. Go to another location as there are many in NJ.

Store was clean. I went to buy gift. The front of store had a good quantity of beautiful orchids. That is what I purchased. Great price.

Joe from the Garden Center was awesome in assisting me with finding the right products and when I didnt have a cart offered me his despite it having items in it that he needed to restock. Extremely generous and knowledge, thanks Joe!

MOSTLY VERY WELL ORGANISED AND STOCKED.

I am attempting a project to make my pantry more efficient. Nick in Lumber pre-cut all of my wood for me to my specifications. He was courteous, professional, and saved me TONS of time. Nick treated me with respect....not something that happens regularly at home improvement stores. My experience at another retailer has been the male employees treating me like an unintelligent child because I am a woman. Nick asked me about my project and was impressed with my precise measurements and efficient use of the wood. I will shop here again.

This Home Depot is exceptionally well stocked with clean, neat, aisles. It is clear that Store Management take pride in providing the customer with an excellent experience from the moment you walk through the door to the checkout!

Excellent store and employees

Extremely poor service. Poor assistance from employees. Items not in stock even thought there was a large quantity listed on the website. Inability for employees to do anything due to the "computer system."

I had the nicest experience at the East Windsor Home Depot the other day. I am handicapped and was lucky to have Dylan P. help me in the store. This man took me to where my items were, exchanged items for me, helped me with checkout, carried everything out to my car, loaded my car, took the motorized cart back for me and EVEN ran back to get my cane that had been left at the checkout. How's that for help!? He was friendly, helpful and went way above and beyond what I expected. Give this guy a raise!

If you're looking for doors (be it garage or patio doors--I've ordered both and at different times) see Joe! I wish I knew his full name. He knows what he is talking about and doesn't pressure you to make a decision right there and then...... Options are presented and catalogs are viewed, helping the novice to feel confident that they are making the right decision. Thanks Joe!

I went into the store and the Flooring Person was very helpful in showing me the products. Since my husband and I were pressed for time the Flooring Dept person suggested I go on line a schedule a measuring date. I am a Realtor and this was for my client. I set up the measuring on line and got a call the very next day. I told the person that since I did not live in the home, I would have to meet him there and that I would appreciate if he would call me when he was 15 minutes within arriving, which he did. He was very thorough and professional with the measurements. Then I got a call from Customer Service that I would be receiving the estimate via email. And that also came very quickly. The next thing I did was to call Customer Service and it just got even better. I spoke with a Rep named Lori who was exremely helpful in advising me which flooring to choose for my client. She was so right on with her advice and my client placed the order today.

Excellent Home Depot store. I always find what I need here. Friendly help. Clean store. Not every HD is like that. For some reason this store is consistently an improvement over the others. Enough at least that I took the time to write this.

Home Depot is always amazing but this Home Depot goes above and beyond. John ( the older one) was exceptional. The staff entirely is always friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. I like walking in and feeling welcomed as if there all friends. John helped me pick out a grill and taught me everything it do and information on warranty. Thank you

Employees routinely walk around with me, pointing out soecufuc products, suggesting techniwues and tools that will fix my problem, or fix it faster, or save me money. I will keep coming back.

I've shopped in this store for many years. I always find the employees very helpful. Today, Ronnie and Nunnie went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for, and without them the complete experience would have just been a disappointment. They knew where everything was, and they helped me get what I needed.
