Most Home Depot store a mostly alike. This store has a employee named Aiden in the lumber department that made my day with his help.

An awesome location. We had the best service in the department with the washer and dryer selections. Specifically by the sales associate, Geysi. She was an incredibly accommodating and informative associate that made our experience that much better.

We purchased 14 Closet maid cabinets for our Garage make over. The items did arrive late due to the Pandemic. Never the less, we need to Thank Specially John at the Pro Desk and your team for their interest in communicating with us and the manufacturer, and going over and beyond to have the items delivered to our residence. We are greatly thankful to all those who were responsible for full filling our order. We have being visiting this store since 2002 for the will definitely continue shopping at The Home Depot # 1072. We find the store Clean organized and Easy to find items via Web site.( Aisle and the Bin number)

An employee by the name of Sal assisted me with a plumbing problem. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was extremely impressed with Sal.

This Brea Home Depot store has great customer service. Very attentive with good attitudes. I've always have gotten good service at this location which is why I travel to this location instead of my home location.

Rostin and Leslie provided outstanding customer service when I had a problem with a will call pickup, they both exceeded my expectations , I have never received such outstanding customer service .Store staff members were very friendly and very helpful. Brea staff made my shopping experience so much easier, I will definitely return to the Brea,CA store.

I had a great experience in the garden department with Billy. Billy definitely knows his plants; He took the time to tell me about the growth of the plants that I purchased because there was nothing on the tag that said anything about the plant's growth or how often to water it etc.. After I paid for the plants, I went to put on my sunglasses and realized that I lost my sunglasses in the Garden Department and sure enough Billy came to the rescue and found my sunglasses!! I mentioned to Billy that those sunglasses were special because my daughter gave them to me for Fathers Day. Thank You Billy! J.J. Hernandez

I went on a busy Sunday and Corey in the Lumber Dept was fantastic! He helped me cut the plywood exactly how I needed, and he gave me some great tips on my home improvement project. He was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very grateful for his friendly service.

Just wish the Veterans discount was clear as to what is needed, and how do I consistently get the discount, and not be shamed for asking?

Corey in the lumber department was amazingly helpful and a rockstar in customer service. He took the time out to help provide some well needed suggestions for a project I was working with. It would have taken me forever to cut the lumber into the sizes I needed so Corey helped with that part too. The entire process was quick and easy and I'll definitely come back soon. Thanks to Corey's assistance he made this project seem that much easier.

The Brea staff is the most friendly and courteous personnel I have encountered. As a frequent buyer, I am greeted by my first name and with a smile. Management and team goes beyond the call of duty to assist me inall my projects. Norma, Anna, Albert, Marcos, Jessica, Mike, Forrest, Janinnne, Leslie, Aubrey and so on are professionals.

This store is generally pretty good. The only drawback I ever see is there is too much merchandise on display in the aisle where the cash registers are in area inside the front of the warehouse. It makes it difficult to maneuver through that area if you have a lumber cart.

When you go to a store and staff are knowledgeable about the products it sell it is so easy and convenient to shop and Home Depot Brea got this!
