I had a first rate experience in buying a toilet under time constraints. My plumber was waiting for me an hour away. Karen quickly narrowed down my search and rang me up. Josh brought the product up to the desk and out to the car. It took less than ten minutes from when I walked in the door.

Purchased a Generac whole house generator. We will never be without power again.

If you need carpeting, our salesperson, Jim, was exceptional. He knew the product, was a good communicator, and applied zero pressure. We were just beginning our journey for carpeting, and our experience with him allowed us to move up our timeline. We ordered our carpeting shortly after our time with Jim .

It is rare to find someone who can be helpful at a Millwork Desk in most home improvement stores. East Madison Home Depot is the exception. Both Jim and Craig at Home Depot East can handle anything you throw at them. The ProDesk at East Madison Home Depot. Has made great improvements with their expertise and associates. Evan, Melissa and Molly go above-and-behond to help pros any way they can. They are knowledgeable and can find solutions for just about any situation.

My husband & I experienced excellent assistance during our decision to order flooring. The salespeople, without exception, were knowledgeable and professional.

I returned a Ryobi battery operated push mower as it had failed within 4 weeks. Josh was able to return the mower and I purchased a Ryobi battery operated self propelled mower. The self propelled battery mower failed and I was able to return with Brett’s assistance. I had called Ryobi beforehand but they said it was Home Depot who had to do a return. Very disappointed with Ryobi and will not purchase anything from Ryobi again. Thanks to Josh and Brett I appreciate the both of them for their outstanding service and recommend both of these gentlemen if you need any assistance with a failed product.

While my daughter has spent the past 5 years getting her PhD (yay!) - this has been our go to store. From the Polar Vortex first winter thru two rentals and the little jobs and fixes for each, the employees have helped, advised and been so patient with all of our goofy sometimes strange questions and problems. This is the go to store for any and all needs!

They had everything we needed, and a very knowledgeable and helpful worker there made it easy to find all we needed.

This place is located right where I usually go for all my other usual shopping and I’ve never been there looking for something to find out that it’s out of stock. I don’t know why, but I think that’s kind of great since I have had that issue all the time the past few years at virtually every other store. Maybe it’s good luck or maybe they’re doing something right.

I was referred by my Dad to try Home Depot as an alternative to other local businesses for replacing my water heater after it failed. When I had tried an alternative method, it all was bad and then I tried Home Depot and I couldn't have been happier with the results! Everyone was super helpful and I got my water heater replaced within a day of my request and at a fair price with excellent service that I was super happy with! Thank you Home Depot and to all of your great employees who helped me at every step and support our Veterans as well!

Just had an incvredible experience with the store manager (Tyler Wagner) in regrads to an adjustment on an order I had placed yesterday.

Haven't been at Home Depot for several months came to buy paint, and also signed up for the in-store credit card. Had one prior to this but it had been closed to inactivity. Karen in customer service helped sign up for a new one. She was very helpful, freindly, and professional.

I absolutely love coming to this Home Depot for all of my remodeling, hardware and outdoor needs. The staff is wonderful and always helpful! This is the place to be! Great products and great staff.

This is the first time that a sales person came right up and answered all questions at a home improvement store. Usually you have to find a sales person at other stores.

When I went to this Home Depot today, the employees, especially Marlin the cashier and the young woman at the paint counter were exceptionally helpful and accessible. We just purchased a house and haven't done a lot of DIY work (at least not yet). My questions were very basic and naive, yet the employees were eager to tell me what I needed to know and to be inviting and friendly.

I was helped with a difficult exchange by an associate that was knowledgeable. She was respectful of our situation and of our time.

Our salesperson knew his product to a T and made the decision very easy for us.

Management did not know how to get into the E-gift card. They were rude and told me to call Corporate. The store is a mess. Lac of trained people to help.

I am so glad we stopped in today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kissime and Cashier mary! two very kind ladies who assisted us with signing up for the home depot card that we’ve been meaning to apply for! we were instantly accepted and they were a breathe of fresh air to work with!

The manager, Mike, in the hardware area is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and has re-keyed a number of lock sets for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else, or to anyone else!

I came into the store bc we had a defective window treatment and needed to arrange a return and exchange. Jim took amazing care of us, he was patient and thorough, taking time to confirm everything was accurate on our order and confirming with the vendor the appropriate height for clearance. He helped us to take advantage of the promotion, and a discount for using our HD charge card. When we wanted something different, cords both on the right side, he called the vendor again to see if they could make it possible. We are excited to get the new window treatments as well as the old one replaced. I would highly recommend this location for courteous helpful employees.

They are are the only store close to me that carries the garden soil that I like use for my raised gardens.

I have shopped here for over 15 years as a home owner for various projects! I have replaced windows, doors, appliances, counter tops, floors, bathrooms, and now working on finishing our basement! They have always been helpful in the store and with their financing and installation services!

Marlin at checkout was amazing. I will come back simply because of him.
