Thanks, I needed a sheet of plywood cut for a project and I was in and out in minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rich was so kind to cut a piece of lumber to my desired lengths. He was friendly, compassionate and willing to help me. He went "Above 'n Beyond" my expectations!

YVONNE MOORE made my day being the first to greet me with a smile. She asked what brought me in today and when I told her about a specific product, she walked me directly to it in the Plumbing dept. Inquired if there were any other home improvement needs and then walked me up to the self-service checkout. As a former HD associate in Denver CO, I asked her how she liked working there and she was very positive. We both started part-time in gardening dept. She didn't say what dept assigned to now, but made my shopping experience exceptional!

5* and "yes" ONLY because an employee named MARLIN is AWESOME! He knows his stuff and is super helpful. He puts the customer he is working with and helping, above no other! He is friendly, helpful, kind and genuine. He needs to be in charge of training other employees on how to be an excellent employee. THANK YOU MARLIN! YOURE THE BEST!!

Mary N. was awesome! She hit the ball out of the park for me on my visit there. Way to go above and beyond. She saw that I needed help and wasn't taking no for an answer from another store associate. She came over, resolved the issue, got me what I needed, and even personally checked me out at the cash register. Friendly and helpful!

The store goes our of there way to ensure the shelves are full and that the customer has confindent tn the professionalism of the staff. As a disabled Veteran I am glad to see parking spots for Purple Heart recipients. I am also honored that you offer military discount. If I may make a suggestion, it would be nice to see what military organizations that Home Depot supports.

I really enjoyed the friendliness and how helpful everyone was, like Karen and Lori.It makes shopping there are much more pleasant, and enjoyable and they’re willing to answer any questions you have.

This store has very helpful employees. I had been looking for a particular plumbing piece for weeks. I couldn't find it on my own. This time I was at The Home Depot looking for it. A wonderful employee asked to help. She asked questions so that she could understand exactly what I was looking for, then she pointed me to the exact location where I could find that piece. What a time saver! I found what I needed right away. She was a tremendous help. Then, at the checkout, I had troubles getting a very small barcode to scan. The gentleman at the checkout section helped me right away, and then also wished me a happy Father's Day. This was one of the best shopping trips that I had ever had.

The sales staff went above and beyond my expectations today. It made the shopping trip fun.

I recently ordered cabinets and countertops for my kitchen remodel. The measuring, design, and ordering process is one that could be intimidating, but I found the Kitchen Guidebook to provide clear guidance on how to get started. Once I had a draft floor plan, the Kitchen Designer was a pro at creating a computer-generated floor plan and rendering. When it came time to order, other staff members helped to make sure I received promotional discounts that made the price affordable.

Scott, he's very knowledgeable and creative. He always came with the best solution in order to respond positive and solve he's customers desires.

I had a great experience at East Madison Home Depot! I can always find what I need with the help of a friendly employee. The store is neat and clean even when it is really busy. I have a great exit experience with Michelle (Micki) as she is always friendly and seems to genuinely care about my visit.

The customer service was excellent! Special thank you to Tom, Jordan, and Jonathan for all of your help! I will definitely return to this Home Depot for all of my home improvement projects!

I came to Home Depot on an afternoon what I thought it would be kind of quiet but it was very busy but everyone was being attended to as best as I could I was surprised that I did not have to look far to have someone help me with the product that I needed because since my husband died I did not know much about machines and what I would need to trim down my hedges and they had given me input on Future projects so I feel confident that I can always go to Home Depot to get the best customer service
