The reason for my 3 star rating is that the products that I order online were not available to be pick up the next day. I understand due to staffing issues. My husband and I end up picking the product in the shelves but the quantity available were only 9 cases and we order 21 cases. Supervisor was great to assure to let me know when the product arrives. Supervisor gave me his contact info. My worries escalated when I got home because when I checked the status of my order that I placed online it say "PICKED UP " even though we only picked up 9 cases out of 21 cases. Otherwise the staff were helpful the store is clean. Associates were friendly

Last visit was non-typical. Getting in & out last Friday I felt like was navigating an obstacle course. I've been in this store often and always had better experience. Thank You

I would recommend this store unless you need to make contact with them by phone. It too 50 minutes waiting to get a pick up.

Great Service - I had never had been to this store and the staff the best ever!!!! Shout out to the Eden Prairie football team that are working at Home depot, strong backs, polite, helpful (and willingness to help - that is really big!!) Shout out to: COLIN, MICHELE, JOSE and JACK! AMAZING HELP - GREAT LISTENING SKILLS thank you so much! Especially during this (COVID) time where it seems; a shortage of staff is common, patience is non-existent and everyone seems crabby. THIS IS NOT A CONCERN AT HOME DEPOT - EDEN PRAIRIE! 5 stars on service, service , service! Thank you for all your help with my 13,500 pound rock project! Somehow, employees at this location are more helpful and nicer ( better client’s assistant) than at Chasca store, which is closer to my home, that’s why I came to this store

The people that work at Eden Prairie Home Depot just seem nicer and more helpful than other locations. This store is always well stocked and clean so it's my preferred location.

The store is organized and neat and always has someone close by to help.

During a time when it would be easy to be crabby everyone in the store was upbeat and helpful. Thanks for all you do!

Our needs were met, though the project we were shopping for has not yet been scheduled, as it is recarpeting of a stairwell,and the scheduling will happen this week.

I am a retired do-it-yourselfer. I run down to the EP store two, three times a week for supplies. I search their web site for the item where there is usually a large selection. The web site indicates if the item is in stock and number. I send the location of each item via text to my phone for quick picking. One can also order on line and pick up in store after receiving email that purchase is ready. The store has easy access off the highway and ample parking. There is curb side parking for pick up of large items which the staff will help load. The store employs knowledgeable people who are able answer any question. The store's pickup/return area is up front and always well staffed. The store is well lite and clean.

We had great service finding a front door for our home. Andy was very knowledgeable and helped us make a good choice. Staff were friendly and assisted us through out the store and checking out. I will recommend this location to others.

I shop at Home Depot for tools and materials that I use to build boats. It's my "go-to" store because i can count on them having what i need in stock.

The process of buying new carpet went pretty smoothly and the associates were helpful. I did only try to work with one person in person though. Once I walked out the door and had questions that needed help by phone it took calls to the store to get someone to take action which was having someone call me back. The person called me back and then sent me to another number. I would only use this store for 1 time small purchases.

Convienince and great customer satisfaction are the hall marks. The store staff was very cheerful and forthcoming
