Customer service during this time is so important. Although the staff are busier than ever to ensure our safety through these difficult times; this location makes it a point to actually answer the phone and assist with questions, concerns, and in-stock inquiries prior to consumers making a trip to the location in vain. Lines can be long and stressful and this makes it easier/convenient for everyone! (I contacted the 2 nearest locations to best serve our needs; the other location was NOT as helpful/knowledgeable. It took several attempts/transfers to get to an appropriate staff member; hold times were also a little lengthy. Do to this, the choice to shop at the El Cajon location was the best/easiest option!)

I am in here at least once a week, sometimes more. And pretty much every time the employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Keep up the good work

Rueben was the gentleman who helped me today. He went above and beyond and made sure I got the correct item I was looking for. Melissa the cashier, even though she was new, was friendly and professional. Multiple managers came over to help move the process along for their approval so I did not have to wait long. Everyone was friendly and in light of the Covid-19 pandemic they did not let it hinder them. This homedepot is further from my house but I will be going to this location from now on.

The store is great , But there was one employee that really stood out . His name is Thomas S , this young man helped me load my vehicle and had the greatest personality . He is very nice young man . Not to mention his name is the same as my own.

the people at home depot is very helpful since i am ADA blind person. I have no problem getting the friendly advice and help that the store provides. the store is clean and quite and has no issues when i bring in my guide dog.

I have a small hobby and I buy most of my items from Home Depot for it. The Home Depot store near me is an 'A' store, the big type, and has everything I need. But some times the 'B' store in the city next to me, very close, will have a sale that may not be at the 'A' store. I am so lucky to have both sizes of stores near me.

Eddie Nash in the floorimg/tile department is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He'll get you in and out of the store quickly.

The El Cajon store is my Home Depot of choice. The employees are never too busy to help me find things or give me information. The employees are friendly and helpful. This is a larger Home Depot so I always find the items I need. I bought a beautiful Christmas tree the day after Christmas at 50% off plus saved $25 by opening a credit card account.

Pro Desk is always professional, I always leave pleased. Santee Home Depot is just as professional.

Home Depot customer service reps at my local store in El Cajon, Ca., honestly believe standing around socializing with each other and re-stocking returns are priorities over servicing a line of customers seeking service. To top that off, they are willing to rudely and dismissively defend those priorities.
