I have always received great customer service from this store. The garden dept has very informative employees. The few times I've needed paint, they have answered all my questions so I can get my project completed. I recently bought a fan plus a drill and the sales associate was very helpful, reaching a high, heavy box and putting it in the cart for me and making sure I had the right tools for the job.

The guy that helped me, Anthony, told me about getting the Pro Xtra card and got me a great deal on a drill I needed in a hurry.

Every time I go into the Lake Forest, Home Depot location. The employees are extremely helpful. From the paint department to the checkout line, everyone is extremely helpful and will always put a smile on your face.

All items in stock. Angel P. did an outstanding job locating and pulling stock of Milwaukee power tools that were locked up. I have been to other locations and sometimes dealing with the locked tools can be a very time consuming experience. Angel P. saved me a ton of time and was extremely professional and customer oriented.

LAST WEEK we were in a hurry at the El Toro store, in the shower accessories department, and couldn't find the item the website said was in stock. This HD employee came down the aisle, answering questions from two other customers, and recognized our look of urgency, and without missing a beat, while still helping the other folks, checked stock, found our item on a high shelf, and while still helping three other people, and answering questions, brought over a ladder and retrieved our desired item. Multi tasking at it's finest. Then TODAY, I had a question about a chip read error at checkout yesterday, and Lindsey took my call without hesitation. She was friendly, courteous, answered my question, and solved the issue WAY beyond my expectations. I gotta say, we like this store, good people, five star customer service.

I made an order online (ladder) website site that my local store (Mission Viejo, CA) had 33 in stock. I drove there 3 hours later and they had none, showed them my receipt. They checked another store which showed 25 in stock. I drove there and they 3 in stock of which one was broken.

Everyone is very knowledgeable I always have a great experience I find everything I need every time. Dixie is always very helpful , I’m overall a very satisfied shopper. El toro store your the best !!!

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection is always stocked and great sales. Their workshops for kids are fun to watch. Clean store with a beautiful garden section as well as the store displays.

Went to Home Depot for Black Friday at 6 am . Was greeted by the most charming and positive and happy cashier named Dixie She made our morning with her positive energy . Thank you home depot for hiring such friendly employees

The season veteran cashier Woman originally from Brooklyn tried to help me find a prop for my Halloween costume. I really appreciated that she took the time and directed to find the prop.

Last weekend I shopped at the El Toro Home Depot. Anthony is the cashier who assisted me. He was so nice and very helpful. It was a pleasure interacting with him.

Received 2 Kohler toilet a week prior to installation. On the day of installation we found out that 1 toilet is broken. I called El Toro customer service about it n she(Michelle, I think) really put an effort to find a driver to exchange the broken one with a new one so it can arrive in time for the installation. And it did!!!! We finished the project, have time to clean and very satisfied with the product. Thank you for the customer service rep n Keith the driver!!!

I shop at a number of the local Home Depot stores, but I always like going to the El Toro store…it has a real neighborhood feel with the employees. I see smiles between them and I get smiles, and most of all assistance when I need it.

Just bought a washer / dryer combo from the El Toro store. Despite the fact that Home Depot is chronically understaffed in this department, Debra did an awesome job of staying focused on helping me. Excited for delivery

The three departments that I visited were well organized. I use your electric carts while shopping in the stores. These were not easy to get to, but two employees jumped in to declutter the area, and make them accessible. The Santa Ana store only has one cart.

My visit to the Home Depot in Lake Forest was excellent. The friendly staff, accessible carts, and an unexpected checkout discount all contributed to a seamless experience and a satisfying trouble-free visit overall.

Loved the sales clerk who checked me out! Very efficient and friendly.

This location allows thieves to return tools that have had pieces stolen from them. They do not verify the status of the returned products. They restock the shelves with the returned products and sell them as new. When asked why they don’t ensure returns are complete before issuing a refund I was told they use the honor system and trust those who return items. This location has all the tools locked behind cages and require an employee to open the cage and walk the tool to the register. The honor system clearly only works in favor of thieves.

I was shopping in the garden center, and this is by far the most well kept, well stocked garden. The employees were friendly and helpful. The lines weren't long.

Everyone at this location was super helpful and polite, eager/excited to help & assist. I wasted very little time in the store and was pointed in the direction I needed to be to get what I cam for. Store was clean and organized, to include the floor**

I love crafting and whenever I visit this store the employees are helpful, kind, patient and friendly! Especially Marilyn, the adorable cashier!
