I have purchased Contracting material at Home Depot for 15 years. Yesenia is the best employee I have ever dealt with.

Had what I needed and used self-checkout.

I went in to replace four appliances and a young lady named Narci assisted me. I did not expect this young lady to take as much time and patience with me that she did. She made a daunting task I really smooth and easy process. She show me the appliances the perks and benefits as well as sale prices etc. She did a really great job and I am very appreciative of the service that she gave me.

Mr. Jimmie was one of the kindest human beings I have ever came across! He made me feel like as if my problems were his, and he went above and beyond to help out!! This man deserves the biggest raise!!!

Employees in blind department one June 5th around 1pm were to lazy to get off there as s and help customers find things. Instead pointed and said over there instead of actually getting up and helping. Which made me settle for something I didn't actually want

Asked for help twice. Waited 15 minutes, called store and told them I was still waiting for someone to unlock an item. Employee showed up and couldn’t unlock it. Waited another 5 minutes for him to find a key. I understand they need to lock up the items, but there needs to be a way to get help quicker.

Always warmly greeted upon entering and always have everything I need.

Quick easy to find things plentiful in stocks items

This Home Depot location is amazing. The contractors who are renovating our entire house right now go there for EVERYTHING they need. I go there for everything I need. Just a great shopping experience, and they always have a wide selection, AND everything is always IN STOCK (what a concept these days!).

Lucinda helped me greatly. She's always helpful whenever I come to visit the store and need to check out.

I have always found exactly what I needed at the store and the employees are generally very friendly.

The most organized and stocked shelves of all the garden centers I've been too thus far this season.

There were 2 Homedepot agent in the customer service area. A lady agent playing on her cell phone and a man sitting in front of a computer. I got in line thinking it was for check out. The man asked me if I needed help. I told him I need to check out. He proceeded to send me to the self-check out line. As I turned to go to self-check out, the lady who was playing on her cell phone proceed to check out the person behind me. I got back in line and the man asked me again if I needed help. I told him again I needed to check out. Without any apology he said he thought I wanted to self check out. The lady never asked if the person behind me if they needed self check out. They get the customer service award of the day.

Went to this location a week ago i bought a washer and a dryer machine , everything was going perfect until the time for check out . Genesis the cashier was rude and unprofessional.

Manger was excellent. Need customer service in every department.

All the new employees don't care about comer service or helping customers in the store nor do have have the product knowledge to help out if they wanted.

Paint associate was excellent

Had just the size and Dimensions of water heater I needed.

This is by far my favorite Home Depot store in Houston, I always get great service from friendly staff.

This store is close to where I live and it is easy to find what I need to buy and the people will load it if I need for that to happen.

Employee Rob was super awesome and helpful. Really made you feel a friend giving advice and helping out.

Great customer service staff. And the employees in Lumber sure know allot about their work.
