I was at s Home Depot today to get some wood pellets and let me tell you I have never had such speed with getting the amount I needed as today. Alex was amazing with actually helping from start to finish. He was friendly and extremely helpful. It wasn’t as simple as helping us load them. He had to get someone with a forklift to get the specific brand we wanted down. And in a crowded store on black Friday weekend is not easy to do. Thank you Alex for helping us today.

The customer service made this experience as one of the worst experiences ever specifically Sheridan

One of the Worset shops ever . You need to change your cashiers. And supervisors Bad attitude . You need to feel a shame that you have a staff like this Can't believe the supervisors trying to justify and trying to give excuses. You need to feel a shame

Suggestion: Improve SKU units on sellable merchandise or have other store near by stock more items considering Elk Grove is a growing city.

She was so helpful thru the whole process.

I purchased 20 bags of Vigero Mulch inside register. I was told by the cashier to park in tge loading area out in front of the Garden Center and go into the Garden center and ask the Cashier there to page someone to bring out the Mulch. I did as instructed and when I got to the Cashier I was told that the inside cashier should have Paged the helper to bring out the Mulch. I waited 20 min as the cashier in the Garden Center paged 4 Times for Assistance. Not One person showed. So I got a refund .

There are some super star employees who are knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. Once you develop a relationship there, I go to ONLY those employees who can help me.

Do not shop at home depot

Went in looking for a battery operated drill. Found Billy and Gabriel in the tool department. So helpful explained all the options. Left the store very happy with my Makita 2-piece combo kit, and a Makita battery operated saw.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I had a hard time to look for a Husky Toilet Auger in store because they don’t have it in the shelf. Luckily I had Kim to help me. She came over greeting me and ask if I need help. Kim is very friendly, nice, kind and helpful. She climbed up to the top shelf to get the item for me. Thank you very much Kim!

I had a few issues with an order of mine and couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long. Lowanna and Ana I believe the supervisor was very helpful and took the time to walk me through the delay and reasoning on why it was taking so long. I really appreciated the time and effort put into there response and the time frame it took for them to help me. Thank you

OK so yesterday I was a home depot home depot and I was not even feeling OK I'm feeling OK because I was not sure what I was there for I just know I needed garden stuff. And I asked one of the the cashiers where The gate products were.. And she was just the happiest person ever there that I've seen and I have been going to that home depot for 7 years. It would be great if you can have more people like that better that are happy going very Good communicator and sheet try she tries her best to help and she does know a lot about the tools and how they work and the products. Her name is Camilla I believe she told me that she was transferred from the San Jose home depot. she is the best Employee there that I have ran into in a very long time. Although everybody else there is Good and most of the time knows what they are talking about. but again the woman Who helped Me is very happy, Out going person and communicates and do her job at the same time. Before she did answer any of my questions she asked me what my name is and called me by my name when she spoke to me about the products that I was therefore made me feel very comfortable and made me feel like she was there jus for me. she gave me all her attention, I like that in employees

Efrain, manager, was so helpful. We just returned from Hawaii and our washing machine quit working and we needed to buy a new one. It was 9 pm on Monday, President’s Day, and Efrain went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase. He is a great person and an asset to your company. He deserves recognition, and/or promotion. The store needs major help with it comes to help customers. Learn to help that why a lot of people hate shopping here.

The door greeter was rude and sarcastic. It's not my fault she's old and has to work a minimum wage job. Also the returns desk was very, very unhelpful they obviously did not care about righting the wrong

I remember coming here with my parents when I was young & I would always complain… now that I’m an adult who LOVES DIY projects I find myself in awe every time I walk In! Anyways, I enjoy coming here, the store is organized, clean and always has employees who can point you i. The right direction!

Literally called after a terrible day and two previous trips to this Home Depot. And one terrible trip to another Home Depot. Todd answered the phone after hours. Ran around. Took down a display microwave. Had it prepped for my morning pick up. You did hear he answered the phone and ran around after hours, 10-11pm. Called me again in the next morning. Made sure I knew where to get it and who to talk to. Todd was more that great. George then sealed this great service the next morning when I arrived. Gave me more knowledge then I came in with. Thank You Both.
