Returned here hoping Eli was still working here after 5 years and thankfully he was. Eli is very patience, offers his expertise, and is very kind. We were pleasantly surprised to have him help us with a washer, dryer, and garage fridge as he has assisted us with kitchen appliances in the past. I recommend seeing him is you are purchasing appliances. We were also happy with Home Depot having the items in stock for fast delivery too! Thank you Eli for your service..... we appreciate you!

I was looking for specific plumbing fittings that I couldn’t find at Lowe’s and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to help me figure out what I needed for what I was doing. I was very happy with the help.

Don’t expect customer service, it’s pretty much non-existent.

Love This Store. So close to Home and It has almost everything I need from a Hardware Store and More.

ELi was very professional and helped us with all our questions and most important listened to our concerns. ELi was very patient knowledgeable friendly with a great smile and was very through with attention to details on the washing machine we purchased. Social distancing was a plus which he was professional portraying. Eli was probably your best AAA+ associate we had ever encountered at the homedepot out of all the homedepots we visited throughout our lifetime. Because of Eli we are HAPPY!!!!

Employee was not knowledgeable. The wood floor I was ordering come from an outside vendor which I wasn’t informed of . When I wanted to change to a different color, I was later told I could only do that within 45 mins after purchasing which I was never told.

This store is very clean, has great product layout, and employees are very helpful.

Poor customer service. Placed will call and 5 hours later it was not ready. Manager couldn’t even apologize.

My husband and I were looking for a stackable washer and dryer. We had just had an extremely terrible experience with delivery drivers from Costco. The salesperson Eli was on a call but could see we needed help. He made sure to make eye contact letting us know he seen us then verbally said he would be right with there. From beginning to end he made our shopping experience so pleasant. He was very knowledgeable as well as kind. Thanks for making a stressful situation so much easier. If only we had met Eli sooner.

We had to do a refund, and the workers were very fast getting us thru the line. Our Cashier was Charlotte, she was very friendly and seemed happy to be working there. Sometimes you get clerks that just go thru the motions but she genuinely seemed to interact with us in a professional way. Made our transaction fun and easy.

Just bought two refrigerators. Eli helped us making our visit pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend visiting this HomeDepot. If you are in need of a household appliance, I recommend talking to Eli.

Knowledgeable and helpful associates. I was in Lumber, power tools and irrigation on my visit today. T.J. and Jose in lumber really helped me find what I needed and measured, cut, and loaded it on my dolly! Thanks guys! Arthur in power tools knew exactly what I needed when I described ti, and made several suggestions for me to choose from. I liked that! Emily at checkout helped me ring up my items and made sure I got my Veterans discount! Then she got someone to help me load the items in my vehicle. Thank you Emily! Thank you to everyone that made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

The attention to detail customer service that I received today 6/28/20 from Jordan Morris was far above any other service I received whether it be in food clothing retail or home improvement. We are new homeowners and we have been to trying to find a place to do the shopping for home improvements and because of this service that I received today from Jordan Morris I will be sure to always shop at Home Depot because of her service

Most of my experiences with this location have been positive. It can get crowded but the employees have done a good job at maintaining good physical distancing. On one occasion they a young woman posted at the self check-out lanes directing traffic and that was very nice. It really helped keep people from bunching up , I really appreciated that. On another occasion I used the curbside pickup and that experience could have been better. I was there early and was the only person in the curbside pickup but it took nearly 20 minutes to get my online order brought out. When they did bring it out , they never asked my name to confirm what I ordered and really didn't even speak to me. They loaded my order on my truck then just walked away. The box was dirty and looked like it had been sitting for a while but luckily my item was not damaged once I checked. I received no thank you , hello or anything. It was like I wasn't even there. I will say most of experiences have been positive so I haven't given up on the store. My inside the store experiences have been better and the garden center has been good as well.

Even though masks are now mandatory in CA at least half of the employees were not wearing masks this morning. I had specific questions to ask so I needed to get close to talk to unmasked employees. Also I had specifically gone to have a key made but was told that the key machine was broken. (I had called yesterday to inquire if this service was available.)

Mostly out of stock due to the high volume of shoppers for 7 days a week. like those patio umbrellas and garden supplies. as i seen it in the store. Basically people are keep on buying for home improvements am one of them thanks Home Depot your local customer.

I was surprised to know that yellow tag items (Appliances) are not eligible for free delivery. Also they will not even help you to load to your pickup truck. I was wandering asking people on the curbside to help me load it since Home Depot associated refused to help me. Bummer ..

I love this Home Depot store in Elk Grove. I realize this store is so over impacted with the floods of customers at this time. I have lived here for many years and have shopped at this store since it opened. The garden area is well stocked with beautiful plants as that is my favorite area. The only issue I see is the mess in the garden area near the moss baskets. It needs a good cleaning up with all the trash under the shelving, it's pretty bad.

The garden center supervisor and asst store manager were extremely rude and gave no customer service, did not want to look for product that I needed, I had to travel to two other Home Depot Stores to get product needed and had these two did their job and followed up there would have been less trips and less money to spend, I am extremely saddened that the employees that are under this management have to endure non leadership as such. If I could give zero star I would. The other stores stated that this is a problem store.

We have found Home Depoe carries everything a home owner needs. We purchased our washer dryer and no other store could beat their price not even scratch & dent stores. Their extended warranty is the most reasonable in price & coverage. The garden department carries the best quality plants reasonably priced. We are always getting strangers walking by complimenting us on our flowers. We love the selection. Can’t go wrong shopping at Home Depoe.

Sales staff are friendly, and helpful. They go beyond answering questions, and explain different features that helps make decision making easier.

Checking out can be a nightmare. Management clearly doesn't appear to care. One cashier in garden section; one in main store - self-checkout registers were either out of order or with excessive lines. Lowes couldn't have any better advertising.
