I couldn't find a product that I needed for my home. Ms. Rasheena realized I couldn't find what I was looking for and walked with me, asking other coworkers as we went. Finally, her efforts paid off and I successfully made my purchase! Thank Rasheena! Good energy and great assistance!

I forgot my card and this young lady are me feel like I was the only customer in a crowded store.. its been a while since I've been in the store and she treated me in such a way that compelled me to want to continue shopping.

Rasheena was very polite and knowledgeable. She helped move the long line quickly while smiling and making customers feel at home.

The Installer was prompt, friendly, and with excellent suggestions. My recent purchase was custom room darkening cellular shades; the installation is perfect.

I had a dispute with a product that I was purchasing and Rosita the Customer Service Cashier, went above and beyond in resolving the dispute. She notified her manager and the situation was resolved. I think she should be commended for her thoughtful and helpful skills.

So Happy to purchase my Stove with Convection Oven from Home Depot in Elmont, NY. The Sales Person(Salma) in the Appliance Section made the purchasing of my product the best!

I bought building materials, flowers from the store the staff is efficient. When it is busy they make the lines go faster by telling you which lines are cash or credit and get you in and out fast.

I went to this location looking for a simple drill bit. I was serviced above and beyond by a person named CZ in department 25, hardware. He helped me find a better drill, looked at my project and assisted with appropriate tools to better do the job.

Employees were very helpful and nice. Guided me to the right section for items I needed to buy. Will definitely come again soon.

Went in to exchange my propane tank today. Took 25 minutes for a guy to show up after I paid for a new tank. Waste of time. Will never go back there

Great customer service, but the store was not organized well. Items were not stocked on the correct shelves or bins.
