Having a shower & pan installed. Have bought pieces I didn’t need & Marie in Customer Service was great with handing both times I had returns. She is the person who makes changes in the system for exchanges also which I needed. She was quick & friendly & made the process seamless. A big thank you to Marie! Another store is closer to my home but service here is worth the drive!

I started with a phone call to locate a specific bathroom shower. The person I reached, Monique, was over the top helpful. She checked inventory had one. She called me back when verified. The drain pan with center drain not available, called other stores. Found a right drain. Went to store, she completed paperwork, put it on hold for pickup on Sat. She went way above & beyond what other stores had done. She deserves more than 10 stars. My limit won't allow me to share more. Thanks, Monique!!!

Melanie and Paulina have stellar customer service skills! Amen to common sense & being non-judgmental! I worked in customer service and have never been so impressed with these two ladies! What a pleasure to meet you two! If I ever find myself down in the dumps I'm heading to my favorite Home Depot for some great conversations & spend the money I saved on therapy on some crafting stuff! So professional and friendly AND it was closing time! Melanie (helped to find stuff) and Paulina (cashier)-(went above and beyond at closing time) are keepers! I hope to see them again! Next time I'll come in earlier! Not that I was rushed but because I feel bad for coming in so close to closing!

Looking for a store with great service and stocked well, then this is your store. I have been shopping here for 10yrs knowing that the service I will receive is better than any other. HD Employees will actually say "Hi" "Good Morning" "Need Assistance" or "May I help you find something" whenever I or my wife are there.

Employees are very friendly and always aking if we need help and the store manager (be) she is always helping the costumers too

Friendly and helpful associates

I purchased a Honda mower and needed help getting it out of the store and into my 2006 Honda Accord. Two employees helped get it to the car. The three of us struggled very hard trying to get it into the car. We flat out could not make it work. We finally took the mower out of the box and were able to shoe horn it in. These employees worked carefully and extremely hard. I tried to tip them but Home Depot does not allow it. The store was extremely busy and these employees made sure that my car and the product were protected during this transaction. They took the Honda box to their recycle. GREAT SERVICE HOME DEPOT!

Yes!! The staff at Brad's paint mixing shop are always very friendly, courteous & professional. However today, I would like to comment on Omar's stucco paint chip matching skill. I own properties that have stucco of different shades. Occasionally I need to touch-up minor damaged area's. Omar is a great listener. We spoke for a minute or so to explaining my shading concern referencing two separate stucco samples, one darker one slightly lighter.. .. I was surprised how exact Omar was able to match the mixed can of Behr color to match my intended shade exactly...the first time. Thanks again Omar.

Chuck the manager was great! Escondido II location. He was very helpful, eager to go out of his way to help me, and has a wonderful personality. It was enjoyable working with him, he would make a great asset to any company, Home Depot is lucky to have to have him as a team member!

I did write a positive statement for Lisa Medina in her attempt to find a refrigerator that would fit the available space. She researched all kitchen appliances for me and stuck with me to ensure the best possible products that could be found for the budget and situation. Excellent service.

WOW at check-out was so fast and LAVRIE came too the rescue when the scanner didn't,t work nor the phone scanner...

If you need help you most likely might have to find help locating items , but overall store is clean and very busy whitch has been taken into account plenty parking

I prefer this store to the one on the west side of town, they know me and feel no pressure

The store is great I’ve been coming here for years and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

i shop here all the time. i left frustrated today because after waiting in a long line, i was next up. there is no way this man didn't see that i was waiting. a man w/ a notably arrogant demeanor walks a shopper up to the front on the line, right in front of me, tells them to wait there & walks off. The checker told them there is a line and they said "but your guy told us to stand here". she tried to figure out who they were talking about and the man walks back. the shopper says "i told you there was a long line here". the checker tried to object further by saying "you have to wait in the line", but the man (i learned his name is brad and that he is in a managerial position) said "it was my mistake, just let them in". The checker was clearly of the opinion that this was unfair, but she didn't fight brad over it. she was professional and just did her job. it was funny, though, because it wasn't my mistake. why do i have to pay for brad's mistake? brad sucks. i would like for brad to know that he sucks and that it should go without saying that you shouldn't do what he did. after doing this, brad just clocks out and leaves. the checkers were great, at least!

This store is always so great. The Paint department is so amazing. Bea and Dennis there have helped me numerous times, and they are amazing. I really appreciate all their hard work. I have always been helped very quickly and been guided in the right direction. Keep up the work Home Depot and props to the Paint Department at this location!

Great customer service in the appliance department. Many models & different brands of refrigerators to review but with the help of the Appliance Specialist, we found a better model at a lower price than the one we had come to see.

Very disappointed Home Depot wouldn't honor our military discount for our refrigerator full price. Why?

Only shop here if you know your way around the store. Customer service is horrible, you’re better off shopping at Lowe’s.

The outdoor cashier Eileen was awesome! she was so helpful and kind to everyone in line. Her patience with an older couple was genuine as they were having trouble using the card machine as the line was backing up. She made sure to say to everyone as they came up "thank you for you patience"
