The store was disorganized and a mess - from parking to checkout.

There is no "Customer Care" at this store. The female employee I talked to this morning was rude and defensive.

Store had what I needed but cashiers don’t know how to do their job. Don’t understand that they need to call for a forklift when someone orders a pallet of wall block. Don’t know who to call to get a forklift. Don’t know where to send you to get the pallet loaded. Forklift driver very rude, probably overworked since he’s the only one there.

This is my go to store when I’m working on construction or my own home improvement projects. Thank you Martha for you help and great service!

The store has been great on a consistent basis. Every time I go in, I am helped with whatever I need. Martha, Brenda, and Denise have been especially helpful on my frequent trips to this Home Depot location

I like this particular Home Depot. It always seems to be well stocked, and I have gotten good help from the associates there. I am a bit of a gardening enthusiast and I have found some unusual plants here.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO SHOP FOR ALL YOUR HOME NEEDS. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND LOVE IT.

Laurie from lawn department took her time and help me get what I need. She was courteous and patient assisting me. It was painful and I was able to get discount getting a new line of credit. Great Job.

Renee and Rocky were so helpful and knowledgeable! I would make time to come here rather then the closer store just because of the employees.

All of your depts have very nice employees. I had very helpful people recently in Plumbing Fittings, returns, fencing, plants, helpers in self checkout, floor people being very helpful when I asked directions to an item. I hope this was helpful!

This store in general usually have extremely friendly associates. Veronica helped me last time and Shay and Duane rang me up. All three of them were very friendly and pleasant.

Self Checkout Disaster. Stay way until they fix it or get more people to help. They would be better of going half and half on the checkout not 100% self checkout. Disaster

The customer service was great.

It's there but other than that, it's not full of bells and whistles. The store is a disaster, the parking lot needs to be cleaned, the employees need to learn how to be attentive and not roam in packs socializing.

They have removed EVERY SINGLE CASHIER LANE and only have self-checkout now.

Went to shop for a Christmas tree and several other items on our list. We did not appreciate the LOUD obnoxious music. We couldn't talk to one another and were very annoyed. We asked several employees if they could lower the music as it was distracting and annoying. The employees were very rude. Why would HD think people want to listen to LOUD music while shopping? We might have taken more time to shop, but instead we just wanted to get out of the store as fast as possible. Maybe the employees like the LOUD music so they don't have to talk to the customers. We will go elsewhere rather than subject ourselves to this torment again.

Janie in the electrical aisle really impressed me with her product knowledge and customer service by getting down off her ladder and walking me over to the LED bulbs and taking the time to explain all the differences of light colors and wattage. It is seldom that a big box employee actually acknowledges customers and then actually takes the time to explain and sell me the correct product for my need. Kudos to Janie in electrical.

Big selection and helpful staff

The products were well displayed and their is amply room between isles to step back and review all the options. Store is well located and very well maintained. There were salespeople available to assist me when needed.

Laurie in gardening is great. She showed us the HD app to be able to find items at the store quickly and see what's available. She's always really eager to help. Makes a difference in our shopping experience there.

This is store it’s very good you can find all you need for your project

I had to cap a chimney flute on the roof and patch some drywall in the ceiling. The men in roofing department were AMAZING! Nick, Martin & Jon were all So helpful. I had to make multiple visits to the store and each of them helped me at different times. I had a very tricky job and each of them helped me until we finally found the perfect fit to my issue! I am not a constructions worker but a stay home grandma. With the help of these 3 men I was able to do the job! Great help, friendly, and knowledgeable is what you get in the roofing department of this Home Depot!

Overall good experience. Some employees appear busy bustling by. But when asked for help they we very helpful and friendly
