Bought a full set of appliances and lots of items for our house renovation.

We had to pick up tiles and they were very heavy. Jacob did all the work for us and got them to our car. It was great to have the help. This was the Estero location which is new and very clean and seems to be run well.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone was super friendly, but we had 3 employees specifically that went above and beyond in assisting us this trip. Thank you Joey, Pete, and Rich!

I had a lot of items that I brought to the self checkout and right away Lis offered to help me. We worked together very well ad had everything from one cart scanned and transferred into another cart. Lis made things so much easier!!

I was in the store to find gutter accessories. Gina greeted me when I entered the store and looked up where I could find the items. On the way I must have looked like I was puzzled and Rueben stopped me to ask if I needed help and he took me to the exact area.

Phil is a great person to talk to in the flooring department. His vast knowledge made the purchase of vinyl plank flooring and all the necessary items that goes along with it ( base boards, transition strips and moisture barrier a breeze.

Often I have trouble finding items in stock but this store was well stocked and the employees were very helpful.

So many smiling employees who offered to help me... What is this Home Depot doing differently to motivate their team members? Good stuff! I sure hope they pay them well!

This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been in, from western, and central New York and Southwest Florida. Every time I went to this store i was greeted when I entered, the staff assisted with my purchases and thanked me when I checked out. One even provided a tip for my next purchase.

The staff in this location is amazing! Jeff went above and beyond helping us pick the right tool for our project!

Jeff did an exceptional job locating an item that had just arrived off the truck the night before. Spent close to have an hr. With the help of himself,Pedro & Bobby. Once locating and taking to my truck Juan approached me In the parking lot to help me load up the mower without him even me having to ask him. Y’all did great . Thx Jeff will definitely be back to THIS location
