I had a particularly hard assignment getting different bolts and they knew how to figure it out. This is after 2 visits to other competitors who were clueless.

Lover the brand new store. Very convenient. Super clean and organized. Parking is awesome. On recent visits - had a piece of wood custom cut, got lots of stuff in the Garden section and general products this trip. So happy this store opened.

I was looking for a primer for a specific project and he helped me find a solution for my problem

Was in a big rush and didn’t have the tools in hand to help with the product I needed to cut. So the employee help me get all I needed and didn’t know I needed something so he recommended using it too. Help fill the cart and told me about the ProAccount so I got a pro account now too

Employees went above and beyond to help me to resolve my issues and did a great job. Very pleased with the help.

Employee named Joey was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to ask for help-he made himself available. This was at the Estero location.

This HD from the parking lot to the end of my purchase was phenominal in the attention, knowledge, clealiness of store, organization and most importanly customer service.

I rented a tile saw from this location and not only did I have to go back to the store to get a decent played to make my cuts, the cuts were not square due to the machine looking like someone dropped it. Was able to finish my project with much difficulty, and upon returning the machine to the store was given major attitude by the employee.

We feel they have all the Robi tools that are available

Although the store computer informed that the fluorescent bulb I needed was Out of Stock, an employee in Electrical named JEFF went out of his way to locate it on the shelves. The checkout girls were very attentive, upbeat and helpful too.

Good customer service is primary in this industry, but so is knowledge about the products you sell to customers. Both go in tandem with each other as you cannot offer a wholesome exceptional experience without knowledge of the products you sell. I have had a mixed experience with customer service because that varies with the person you meet at the store, but I have always been able to find what I am looking for in the store. All in all, I have had good experiences with my visits to home depot.

Joey is the man, he knew exactly where everything was that I was looking for. Very knowledgeable, professional, thank you again Joey!

After paying $50 for a flooring quote (got a refund) Home Depot could not provide a valid quote. Just request one for vinal plank flooring and one for tile. After multiple attempts they would mix the tile with the VPL and wanted to used quarter round molding and not baseboards. Totally incompetent. Stopped trying after multiple trips to the store, phone calls and emails.

Will install next week & will know more at that time

Everytime I go to this store the employees are smiling and ask if they can help, always a great experience.

Just sharing that this store is fantastic. The employees greet you when you come in the store. They ask you for help up and down the isles. They all have a smile. They work together. What an unbelievable shopping experience. A true model for retail in 2024.

Went to this particular Home Depot because they still had what my wife and I were looking for... When we called the store, Erica, made sure to put our purchase aside and tag it so we could pick it up the next morning ... Talika and Ralph took great care in putting the 8' nutcracker into my vehicle making sure it didn't get damaged... All in all, a very good experience and I will return to this particular Home Depot in Estero ...

Should visit as this is the nicest and most spacious home depot I have been too

Loved this new store. Really enjoyed shopping there. The staff was really nice. Joey in plumbing was really helpful. I will definitely shop there all the time.

The newly opened store has a real treasure, a very knowledgeable and considerate employee named Dustin! Could not have been more patient and kind.
