Brentwood Home Depot has the best customer service

Have had pleasure shopping at this store because not only that the staff usually recognize me, making me feel welcome but also the store usually is well stocked

We bought the much needed Dewalt self propelled 163 cc lawnmower and are happy with this purchase.used it next day and it performed very well.

I was helped by Ja'mes and she was extremely helpful and help me complete my credit card application at the register which I did get approved and I was so very happy! She's a great employee greeting people with a smile and offering help at the time of need she deserves a raise!

The only reason I'm giving this home depot 5stars is based on the incredible customer service skills that Ms Lisa has shown everytime I see her in the store. In fact I call her " Mrs. Home Depot". I left a corporate review also admonitioning the very thing I require in the business I run.....Customer Service!

Love the garden and the help I received from Carmen

Linda and Carmen from the Garden Center went above and beyond today. I purchased a gas grill that did not fit all the way in the cargo area. They got the grill in as far as possible and secured it so that it would not fall out. It was extremely hot today and they kept trying to get the grill in until they were successful

Every time I come to this store, the staff is extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. That is why I keep coming back.

Excellent product, Home Depot great service employees helped an old lady load her car

I bought an American Standard Champion toilet and when I had a plumber install it, a piece to secure the seat to the bowl was missing. I went to home depot and Lisa and Ron helped me get a piece to use in the mean time because I had to contact American Standard to get the actual piece. They showed me what to do and what I need and it is working. Thanks for the help!

Choose Home Depot to install new carpeting and are completely happy with the results.

Her Customer Service was on point!!!! She was pleasant, patient and sensitive to my needs!!! Awesome experience for not knowing what I was doing!!! The store associate handled herself very professional and made me feel like a person and not just like I was a customer!!!! Only regret I have is I forgot her name lol!!!!

Employees at check out need training in customer service and how to avoid speaking of about their own personal problems and opinions. Brought support pet and female employee commented "I wish He Would Bite Me"! I wasn't even in her check out line. My Support dog is not aggressive in the lease at nicer than most I Know. Would not recommend this store unless you like having a bad day.

I visited the store looking for the smaller individual rolls of insulation but the store only had the big rolls. I'm disabled so the smaller packs are convenient. The store didn't have any and when I was at the cashier to purchase other things I'd picked up the clerk Yaralis asked if I found what I needed. I said no, she asked what it was and I told her. She said she knew what I was talking about and went to check..unfortunately they were out of them her extra effort and apology was high and above any help I've ever recev'd there.
