I went to the store and was helped by several associates Lisa in hardware Shay at the service desk. They had a fire safety day and that was a pleasant surprise. The issue i had was with the cashier in seasonal Janiyah she was on her cell phone when I walked up to the registers. When ringing stuff up she informed me i needed to turn around a box 3”x10” so she could Scan it in stead of just turning it. Once paid she went right back to her cellphone and didn’t give me any bags for my items. I had to ask and then she acted as though I was inconveniencing her.

be carful when buying appliances in store please do your research before going into this store you will be over charged. very long wait time for assistance

Very limited cashier's , had to request one. Keep someone working, only patronize a store that has cashier's .

I personally would like to say that the customer service is so much better than years ago. Everyone is so helpful even if it’s not their department they will find someone that can help you with your needs. Also the store was very clean. Keep up the good work!!!

Service desk needs staff who knows how to help.

Clean Store, Friendly staff, especially, Jauin, the staff that particularly took time to advise on different models and, the eventual choice. Cashier, Lisa with Jauin, also advised on the benefits of getting a Home Depot Credit Card.

If I win I would like to get more work done on my house this is a 5 star store

The management team in this store is awesome. They have all the right people in all the right places. Every time I needed to find something there was a employee who took me to what I needed. That saves a lot of time and time is money.

Always a pleasant experience, I always find what I am looking for, more floor associates need to be visible for customer assistance, moderately clean.
