I bought a plant at Home Depot and I was amazed from it because I got it 4 weeks ago and when I get plants they usually die really fast! But this one didn’t because Celia showed me how to take care of them and make them last longer.

The customer service rep Dan is a reason to shop at this store. He can solve complex problems with a smile. And he knows the system and inventory !

My son has worked across the street at Norm Reeves for over thirty years. I have regularly reported to Get It Done to help clear the unauthorized vehicles from both in front of Toyota and Home Depot. The trash that accumulates, lived in vehicles, etc. are really a deterrent to these businesses. Hopefully things continue to improve. I have no problem with people soliciting work. Just not the rest!

Peggi was friendly and attentive and clearly listened as I explained the purchase I was about to make. Nice to have someone who listens so well that you don't have to explain yourself multiple times to move the purchase forward.

Charles in the lighting department is an absolute gem. If you need anything, he's your guy.

All the staff that I talked to from windows to lumber knew their stuff and gave me easy to understand answers. I asked way to many questions and the staff was patient and answered all my questions in great detail.

It's been a long while since I have been in a Home Depot where there was more than enough workers to address my questions or assist in product location. I received gracious and intentional interest in my pursuits at this store. I walked away wishing the store was closer to my residence so that I could use it's services on a more regular basis. Thanks for giving such a good feeling and experience as a customer!

Too many items missing

Went to buy garden soil and decided to look at the sale flowers on the sale racks. After spending 15 minutes deciding which ones to purchase, the cashier, James, rings them up and the price is incorrect. When I asked him why didn't he give me the $10 sale price that the other cashier charged the other lady and told him to charge me, he tells me he could't give it to me and I had to go to customer service to get my money back. This was blatant discrimination and a waste of my time! I spent 1 1/2 hours there!

I was looking oak laminate flooring but the usual Home Depot site I go to didn't have it so they recommended I visit the Fairmount St. one. Glad I did as I was able to find the flooring materials I needed. The associates, Romeo and Tom Chee, provided excellent service for my flooring needs.

Once again this home depot doesn't disappoint. Walked in Suyapa greeted me with her always friendly smile and when I was trying to check out pointed me to Seth who was equally amazing. I've said it before... This is the best Home Depot in San Diego County and I drive extra to come here because I know I'll get people who know and love their jobs.

Carissa & Betty provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They went over and beyond in helping us locate a product needed that day, when nothing was in stock at other HD stores, they came up with an incredible solution! We appreciate their quick thinking and professionalism! Joe gave great assistance & he is very skilled! Thank you all!

Got to store and asked were the fan area was. When I got there I did not find the fan was looking for. I asked for help. I young man named Billy came and did not find it either. He said he would go and see another area and came back with correct fan and on a cart. Becouse I was hurt on one foot he helped me load it on to my truck.

I was on search for pepper plants. Laura made the trip enjoyable. Home Depot is stocked with all kinds of vegetables and herbs that it was hard to find. Laura expertly guided me through. She even found a second plant that I was looking for after I left the area. She handed to me almost on the other side of the store because I’m a very fast walker. Thank you Laura! I will be sure to stop by Home Depot for my gardening needs!

The cashier indicated I needed to purchase a pallet for the forklift to place a large bag of sand into the back of my Metris van. I did. Never got refunded.

The pro desk is always helpful here, I needed some research on a specific product, and the young woman called the vendor about my multiple questions and got back to me immediately. The follow-up was quick, and she answered all my questions so I could purchase the correct material for the job!

Dan the manager at Fairmont was outstanding in helping me with four separate deliveries of damaged merchandise. He even took the time after contacting Customer Service at the Fairmont store to come pick up and re deliver the product which was damaged as well. He is very patient and understanding.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the only person in the building who had a code to the cage. I get being short staffed, but that's ridiculous.

Most enplanes are helpful but some employees were not helpful and seemed to be in a hurry to go someplace else.

I was greeted, shown the bathroom, helped out in the saw section, explained I rated a military discount & walked through the process by their Self-Check out team. Great experience- Thankyou Suyapa F!!!
