Whenever I have questions, they are always friendly, great customer service and are knowledgeable! There’s a nice, warm vibe here every time I go!

I needed some hearing aid batteries and there was a display with them right in front.

Going to this place is always a very great experience. Each person is concerned about what I need. They always get the answers for me, even they do know the answer. They find someone who knows the answer.

Andrea and Beelay helped us out in a friendly and efficient manner. Greeted us with a smile and helped us load our purchase into our van.

My husband and I are going through some difficult times this holiday session. Home Depot has always been the go to for a building or repairing project for my family. it was and still is a good place to go just walk around and look at all the new products and tools available. my father (rip) used to do that.

The Fairmont Home Depot is a well organized very familiar and favorite place of mine to shop I am here just about every day for my maintenance job. Great job to the management and staff at the Fairmont Home Depot!

THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL IN EACH SECTION - BUT AT THE CHECK OUT GAIL WAS VERY ATTENTIVE WITH THE BUSY LINES EVEN DURING THE HOLIDAY. AS WELL AS SHE WAS A RAY OF SUNSHINE! I COME TO HOME DEPOT SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY DUE TO REMODELING PROJECTS, BUT I NEVER LEAVE A REVIEW. BUT TODAY WAS DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF GAIL. SHE TRUELY MADE MY DAY. I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETAIL IN MANAGEMENT AND HAVE HAD HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEES COME AND GO. BUT GAIL I WOULD DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO KEEP IF I WAS APART OF MANAGEMENT! HATS OFF GAIL!

I had to get a bunch of wood cut for a work project and was overwhelmed. Brandon in lumber was so kind and helpful. He helped me pick the best options and went above and beyond making sure I left with everything I needed. He cut the wood perfectly and i completed my project ahead of schedule! Thank you Brandon!!

Just moved to San Diego. Tamika helped us out. She went above and beyond. She could tell me needed help and jumped right in. Total rockstar.

I purchased a Bosch four door refrigerator on November 3rd. Our salesperson was amazing and efficient. The appliance was delivered on time. I had to contact the Appliance Hotline because I decided that the old appliance was now a take away versus a relocate to garage. Contacting the hotline was easy and efficient.

All the staff at the store are always friendly and knowledgeable about products - especially Angel and Dave.

Called Home Depot got the information I needed from Alexa. Spoke with Mr. Dave B and gave me excellent help and advise on power washers for my home project. Checked out with Angel. Smooth experience with no problems. Great team and great job guys.

I came into the store to return an item. Then had a list of items I needed. I was exhausted and tired. Nor do I know where anything is in Home Depot. I requested a person to help me find items on a list instead of me roaming the isles. Dan The Man was the best. He was kind, patient and helpful. I will always go to him in the future for all of my home depot visits!

Michael in Electrical went above and beyond in helping me find the Lutron Caseta Fan Switches & Dimmers that I needed for my electrician, that was working on installing 2 sets of ceiling fans at my condo. Michael took the time to check if more were available in the system. Then he came out to the floor, got a step ladder, and physically checked above the isle. In addition, he also was able to find me an Artic Air Personal Cooler. He gets 10 out of 10 for service. He even walked me to checkout.

There are 5 HD stores close by, but this one is by far the very best. Great staff, CLEAN, organized and seldom any lines. I'm always asked by someone "how can I help you". That goes a long way in my book!
