I went to Home Depot to purchase a certain item. On the display I was able to find the location of the item that was listed on the tag. It noted the isle number of where to find it in the store. Cool idea!

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO 3 DIFFERENT PLACES FOR CARPET. WE FOUND THE ONE WE WANTED AT HOME DEPOT AND BART THE FLOOR SALES PERSON WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPED US GET ALL SET UP. WE DECIDED TO INSTALL THE CARPET OURSELVES AND GAVE US A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF THAT. THAT WAS A HUGE PERK! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FARGO LOCATION IS ON TOP OF IT AND ALL SO FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OVER ALL STAFF AND STORE.

Holly and Jackson were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was looking to purchase and make for a very quick and smooth shopping experience

Just bought a new washer and dryer yesterday. The appliance specialist I worked with was excellent!! Service fantastic! I will now be Home Deport Customer!

Store was very clean and neat. All employees we were in contract with were friendly and helpful.

I to this Home Depot not only because it is the only one within 300 miles of where I live, but because of the large selection of Rigid tools they keep on hand.

I went in to look at appliances and I don't like when they are pushy just to get a sale!!!! Judy helped me in appliances and she was so helpful, nice and just let me take my time to look since I was gonna buy a whole new kitchen set and was on a budget of a certain amount!!! Judy was the BEST!!!!!

We are so happy with the great buy of the Whirlpool 4 package appliances we purchased from Home Depot. We were fortunate to be able to work with Judy J in appliances. She is very dedicated and a great person & employee working at your store. She became a person we would love to work with again. Your store has great employees I am sure, but she is #1 in our book!!

Home Depot Kids Workshops are excellent!!!

Bart was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were ordering blinds for our new house. While we were waiting to order he even called to let us know they were on sale. Absolutely would recommend working with Bart to anyone.

Although I shop Home Depot on occasion in both Yuma AZ and Fargo ND, it is generally not my go to store. My recent experience in Fargo ND may change this. It was not busy on a Saturday early afternoon. I had a few things to pick up for projects and as usual I could not find what I was looking for. Generally, Home Depot has a great app that will direct you to the exact row, shelf and bin and indicate if an item is in stock or not. Maybe because of seasonal nature of the products I was looking for, it did not show me where to find them. Store associates were available and truly helpful taking me directly to the products I was looking. One asked if they could help the other responded to my request for assistance. I found the products I wanted at the price I had hoped for an was able to checkout in a timely manner. The place was well organized abnd clean with plenty of parking with easy access.

After being told that halloween stuff wasn't for sale until September 1st I thought I'd check just in case this wasn't the fact. Sure enough sales were in progress and the bat skeletons that were in stock Tues was now empty. I was kinda ticked off. After searching the back rafters for more Todd asked if he could help me find something. Told him what it was and after a walk to the halloween section he scanned the bar code and said 10 more available. He tracked them down and got the lift to bring the pallet down. I appreciated his help so much. Nice to see an associate going out of his busy way to help me out. Very pleasant about doing it too. Thanks Todd.....you're the man

Wasnt too bad, was asked if needed help, than couldnt find anyone when i decided to purchase. Than took awhile to check out. And did not get rebate for ooening account. And had to research to find energy saving rebates

I was recently in the Home Depot Store in Fargo #3701 and had an awesome shopping experience in the Seasonal Dept. with an employee by the name of Holly. She answered the many ...many questions i had with patience and expertise. The store itself is clean, well laid out and even when they did not have the product i was looking for in stock, offered alternatives. Exceptional!

Last Aug ‘22, I ordered a garage storage cabinet. The store did not communicate but received a box in January in ice and snow. Despite the experience, I reordered in person because online shopping even with a tech savvy person as I, couldn’t be completed. This time, I called to receive progress on order. Found item was already shipped to store but had to pick it up by July 31. Today is July 29. Went to pick it up and found order was canceled. Because of one person in customer service who called, got items unloaded from truck and now I have items. Others hadn’t seemed to care, including store.
