Employees ask if you are finding what you are looking for, not just walk by you. Also an employee stopped by me as I was standing there, and she said " nice choice"! That made me feel good about my purchase. It was a set of solar lights,which they had many styles to choose from.

I went in to purchase stain for my deck. I have purchased the Behr stain in the past at this same store. I looked on the shelves and couldn’t find the Behr 500 stain. I asked the employee if they had the stain and he said he had never heard of it, and it must have been before his time. He then walked away. He went back behind his counter. I found what I thought was a stain. I asked him about stain multiple times during the visit. I picked up a Behr Deck over in error. I picked out the color and he mixed it. I purchased it and went home. I mixed it and realized it was the wrong product. I went back and they would not exchange it. The manager said I should have done my research prior to coming to the store. It was very disappointing. She said she was sorry, and I told her I didn’t think she was.

I was very happy to be helped out and will come back again. Employees are always kind and helpful.

We always go to Home Depot for our shopping needs. The employees greet you at the door and take time to help find merchandise if needed. Very knowwledgeable from lightbulbs to paint to tools!

I loved all of the plants and flowers available during my visit. The vegetables and the flowers were all well cared for.

Fargo Home Depot has an unbelievably large inventory of most everything and the help is so accommodating. A fun place to browse and shop. Highly recommend.

I went to the Home Depot in search of some specialty plumbing tools (Rigid pex cutter, drain extractor, etc). Jeff in the plumbing department was well educated in plumbing and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to help me out. I was able to get in and out in no time and am very satisfied with the customer service and product selection.

Good selection of merchandise, helpful staff. I’m glad Fargo has a Home Depot.

We worked with Bart in the flooring deparmtnet and couldn't have had a better experience. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the carpeting and pads we purchased. He also kept us informed of timeline of receiving and having carpet laid.

Tony in the paint department was so helpful and knowledgeable about which shades will have undertones of another faintly showing through. He has a much better eye for this, than I do. So thankful for the help. I will never purchase wall paint from anywhere else!

Clean friendly service..if you feel sad when you go there..you will feel happier when you leave.dont forgot to grab a plant before you go.

I go often to the store. Employees always welcoming and helpful. Great store, clean and well stocked.

Hal was exceptional! I can’t say enough about him. I worked for a wholesale company on kitchen cabinets and flooring and I tried recruiting him and he loves his job and customers so I can see why he is so wonderful. He loves his job and made me want to come shop there more often.

Even when having trouble finding an item, or if it seems it is out of stock... staff helped me to find what i needed or even look to see when they expect the item to return to stock in-store. I usually have a great experience with excellent service at this location!

Andy in flooring and blinds was Awesome!

Walked in looking for a good snowblower, Todd showed up and walked me through each blower and how dependable he thought they were, without trying to pressure me to buy the most expensive one. Once I picked one out he explained all he knew about it, and it was a lot, good help like him is not easy to come by.....don't lose him.

The girl from Service desk was extremely rude. They should call her the grinch!

I bought a Dishwasher the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Judy Jamieson was my sales person who took the time to make sure I picked the RIGHT one - who explained in great DETAIL the warranty options - and also options regarding the delivery - how to change this date, etc. VERY HELPFUL !!!

We purchased all kitchen appliances and sink/faucet through Hal Torson at the Fargo store. He has worked there for many years. He was exceptional---friendly, very knowledgable, and helpful in many ways.

We purchased a smaller sized refrigerator, which in many stores was backordered, wasn't available in store to see and delivery and installation was extra. Home Depot had same sale price, plus promotion to save even more money, and loved that they offer free delivery and installation, even though we live 55 miles away. Very professional delivery and set up.

Susan was a delight to work with! She was so attentive to our needs and so personable!!

We went to purchase a washer/dryer. Judy was the appliance specialist that worked with us. What a gem. I’ve not had customer service like this in years. She should be training people how to treat customers. Thank you Judy!!!
