The experience was overall enjoyable but the location did not have the specific si sized rod stock I needed

I have been a loyal Home Depot shopper for the last 30 years, but NO MORE. The new return process has become so ridiculously cumbersome that I would rather shop somewhere else than ever have to deal with even the POSSIBILITY of returning something. For many years we have been doing home projects, and since the HD is over 20 minutes away, we'd usually buy extra items to ensure we wouldn't have to drive back to the store in the middle of a project for a different sized fitting or the like. We didn't usually have a receipt, because we were perfectly happy with store credit. NOW, however, because of our "return behavior," we are unable to return ANYTHING, even WITH a receipt, unless the driver license matches the store credit. This is the most OUTRAGEOUS policy...how is my husband supposed to return something I bought, and vice versa? Literally the dumbest return policy I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with.

Purchased $80 worth of topsoil today and was told to pull into the gated area and someone would come load it for me. No one is in the area and I've already moved my car so I called inside the store to customer service and ask them if they could send an associate out to the gated area to help me load it. They refused to send anybody out or call anyone for me and instead told me I needed to go back into the garden center and do it myself.

Aubrey made my shopping experience awesome! She was so helpful and professional. She helped me more than ANY associate has ever helped me. She knew exactly what I needed. I'm a plumber and deal with this stuff a lot and she showed me some features, like on the rigid packout, that I couldn't figure out. She made my shopping experience easy and entertaining. Very easy on the eyes and a very sweet young lady. I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you Aubrey.

A big thanks to Juan for going above and beyond this morning. He helped me get the perfect Xmas tree wrapped up and in the car before the garden center was even open. Thanks for saving me a trip!

This store does an excellent job with customer service product location just overall five-star service

I hadn't been in any "big box" store in quite a while on account of the pandemic, and anyway, I always enter giant retail spaces with some trepidation; but the people working in this particular Home Depot were without exception friendly, welcoming us. There wasn't one person who hesitated to advise, direct, or in any other way volunteer to help us, and they were well-informed about their own departments and pretty much the rest of the store. Really an amazing reception!

I am so glad we went to this store to look at refrigerators. We are old and have a hard time making decisions. Debra, the associate was so kind and helpful. We asked lots of questions and she addressed all the concerns we had and helped us find the right one. The store was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They really upped their game! Clean, organized and very helpful staff. The outdoor center has been improved dramatically. Wonderful selection of outdoor plants, healthy and well cared for. Good job, Home Depot Fayetteville!

Products are easy to find and staff is extremely helpful as opposed to other big chain home improvement stores in Fayetteville. For me it's a little further to drive but well worth it.

The young lady that helped me was very professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. I did take the survey at the end of my purchase but one question was asking abt in-stock in-store purchase. Since my purchase was special order, I answered No, thinking I would be able to reply later stating that it was all special order & truthfully couldn't say yes to being in-stock in-store. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this store.

A++ customer service and the store is always clean and safe.

Very disappointed in the customer service as far as getting assistance. Lots of associates standing around but not one could help with loading and unloading they all wanted to find someone else to do it.

I have been shopping the Fayetteville Home Depot for the past 15 years. I choose this store over others primarily because of the outstanding employees in the contractors side of the store. John, the supervisor has been an outstanding resource and help. Kent has always stepped up and help load without ever being asked. Hang on to these two. Recently, twice in the past 3 weeks, I have purchased numerous 60 lb bags of Quick-Crete mortar mix. To my disappointment several bags from each purchase we obviously exposed to the rain. When mortar in a paper bag is exposed to water it becomes a solid and unusable product. Although this exposure to the elements could have happened at a number of different locations in the supply chain I am surprised it made it all the way to the sales floor. No, I am not going to bring opened bags of solid cement back to the store for a refund. Just please check in the future if the product you're selling is usable.

Crystal, the cashier, is always prompt and courteous. I enjoy dealing with her.
