A sales associate actually came up to me to ask if I needed assistance!!! Unheard of these days! The store was well stocked and value-driven. The restrooms were CLEAN. Yes, I will go back.

Home Depot in Fayetteville, AR date of interaction was 10.12.2020 this was my third time to speak with Cody in flooring she was pleasant and attentive. I wanted to see if I could upgrade my carpet Quote and she was great made good recommendations and patiently answer all my questions and she called me with the final and I was able to process my payment over the phone. The carpet I had original ordered was delayed but I knew that when I got my 1st quote and she told me about a upgrade of carpet and I was so pleased and the cost was within my budget and my padding was upgraded too. She is definitely a keeper....

Good store with very helpful associates.

We enjoyed our experience buying counter tops for our kitchen. Ms Debra the kitchen designer was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We will highly recommended people to go to Home Depot for kitchen remodeling.

Employees here are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. It's always clean and usually very well stocked. Occasionally it's busy and it's hard to find an employee for help, but that's usually not an issue.

Genesis the Cashier was friendly, helpful and professional, refreshing!!!! The return cashier station people were rude!!

The store is well laid out and parking is good. Good selection of products.

The staff that I have talked to on several visits were very pleased with the way that management is dealing with the current pandemic.

The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Miranda, in the paint department and Gina, in countertops and flooring are just two examples. Both of them have taken time to give us detailed advice and offer great solutions. We have actually learned a lot and gained confidence in managing our projects. The store has been very busy, but the staff still takes the time to give great customer service and answer even the most basic questions. We really appreciate the way we are treated.

I have been a very steady and regular customer of the Fayetteville store for almost 15 years. My compliments to the associates who work in the building materials side of the store. You have the best around...especially Dave, John and Kent. During my working career (I'm retired now) I performed OSHA inspections for major manufacturing plants around the country. I'm somewhat concerned and surprised that the "pro-loaders" do not wear steel-toed safety shoes.

This has been a very busy time for the Home Depot, but the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. Gina, who was working in the kitchen counter department, was incredibly helpful and gave us so much valuable, money and time saving advice. She was super busy, but still took the time to share information and important details about our projects. She is excellent at what she does. James, a new employee who checked us out was very helpful and friendly, and even though he hadn't been there long, he was doing a fantastic job. I believe his manager's name is CJ and and I wish I could remember for sure because he also has always been extremely friendly and helpful. We have a lot of projects and The Home Depot in Fayetteville does so much more than just sell materials, they are an a important resource of ideas, information and guidance for those of us who are not do-it-yourselfers. They are patient, friendly and offer a large inventory of great choices at good prices.

The guy who prepared our paint was very helpful and knowledgeable

No checkers at this store. It’s dirty especially compared to Rogers location. Paint Dept. helpful but I had the person that watches self checkouts get manager & cancel my sell on an additional clearance item with no explanation or options!!! I went ahead & bought over $350.00 of stain since paint Dept. mixed but I wanted to stiff them. I will never go back!!!!!!

I do not recommend any of these stores. I am not employed by Home Depot, why am i supposed to check myself out.

This home/appliance/lumber/ etc. will always be one of my favorites. Everyone went out of their way to make my experience great.

I found idea mismark by one of there staff had more than one of them peg and ring up wrong i told there staff about it and they run back pull it off and wouldn't give it to me for that. I wouldn't shop in there anymore

We found product quickly, asked for assistance and received it. I failed to get names but the man at check out and the man who helped us load plywood on the cart and in our pickup was very accomodating.

The store was clean, and I found tiles organized nicely. I also was assisted in checking light bulb for my fixture. I would go back Thanks Kyle!!

Please open up the two checkout registers on the contractors side of the store. By closing them, you are purposely forcing customers into a smaller defined area by the main entrance.

In the midst of the pandemic accommodations, the employees worked hard to get my order completed in a timely manner.

New to the area and, due to the quarantine, had to stay in our new home longer than planned. Mike was very helpful in selecting a washer and dryer in our budget with a quick delivery time.

This store is exceptionally clean and well stocked. But the most memorable part is the staff: all of them are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever in a retail store! Employees are apparently trained to view customers as thieves! Paid at the only option open at front of store (self checkout). Very windy day, my wife was with me and parked at opposite end of store so walked through to contractors side to exit. Had my receipt exposed over my bag. Purchased 8 small items 1&2 $'s each. As we were exiting I was yelled at to return by this female employee who riffled through my bag checking each 1-2 dollar item as if I were a thief. I'm 64, wife is 60, coming home from Sunday Service. I found this action very offensive. I've spent 3-4K a year in HD stores for the past 30+ years and will not be back in another. Cancelling my HD card immediately. Good luck with this approach, you are going to need it.
