I bought the vanity last week, and the salesman was so nice. His name is Damion Wolf. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

Hands down this is the best Home Depot that I've been to. Every associate at this store is super friendly. The store is very neat and well stocked. You almost feel like a family member when you visit this store.

You need to wait until they one hanging around

Just want to thanks to ms Dee from customer service and mr Thomas from Garden. With out them my shopping couldn’t be make it. Since the manager no was helpful. They went out specialty to help me to get my floor “lenolio” (Vinyl) also special thank you ms Liza the cashier. She was courteous and fasted to do my payment.

Poor customer service

One of my favorite stores.

This was the worst ABSOLUTE WORST experience buying a kitchen appliance EVER. SINCE I ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE FOUR DAYS OFF WORK, it was also the most expensive dishwasher EVER. I will NEVER EVER go into another Home Depot store ANYWHERE.

I'll give it a tree store

Great location. Waldo and Liliana were very helpful. As a contractor for various sites they were knowledgeable and knew what products met my needs. Will be bringing my business here. A star service all aboard. Even helped my wife with a grill delivery last minute. Clean and well organized. Easy to find what you need!

There was a time I refused to enter this store because of the constant accusations towards people stealing. I do know people do steal, but when it started happening to people I knew, I openly condemned the store for it. However, ever since I started returning, I am noticing the store is better organized, the team members are attentive, helpful, and, compared to the competitors, they tend to have more stock, and if not, they're willing to help get what you need in pretty short order. Look, I know things were rough in the past due to my perceptions, but at some point, I learned to change my perspective and be objective rather than subjective. I am making this store my go-to location for all my DIY and home repair/improvement needs.

Customer service is terrible. It took 1 1/2 hours to order fencing lumber. I kept getting the runaround. I gave it 2 stars because of the young man who was trying to help several people at one time. One lady was playing around on her cell phone.

Poor customer service, not enough cashiers at the returns / pick-up counter.

I gave it a 5/5 for the respect of my time and the general niceness of the employees. I was at the gardening center and this worker her name is Nayyirah helped me find everything I needed. She was respectful and great help! My day was made way better because of her.

The Fayetteville Store cannot be beat, for customer service, finding something, or help with a project. The plant department is pretty nice too.

I specifically travel outside of Atlanta to shop at this location. I realize driving 25 miles out of my way sounds ridiculous, but that's how much I appreciate how chill the location is.

I did not locate the grill I went to pick-up. However, associates in the store were very helpful, and friendly. The store was clean. The associates and management provided a good customer service experience for my wife and me.

Store was clean. No employees’ assistance. Little and no chain link and fence accessories inventory.

I love my local Home Depot. It is laid out perfectly and the employees are very nice and helpful. I always find what I need.

Most of the employees are not courteous & get upset if the customer speaks little English I was a witnessed to this type of treatment. I used to loved shopping at the Home Depot in Fayetteville GA but I’ll rather drive 20 mins more to the Peachtree City Home Depot. Please trained your personnel.

I entered the Fayetteville Home Depot, Tuesday March 16, 2021 and was greeted by an employee name AJ. I could tell he was headed to take care of something else but stopped with a smile and asked if I need some assistance because I'm sure I was looking confused. I asked for a pallet because I was shopping for a toilet and he stated "a pallet". He showed me located on the floor what a pallet was and we both laughed. He asked me to standby while he retrieved a hand truck. He not only retrieved the hand truck, he assisted me and educated me on the different types of toilets based on what I have installed. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I finally decided on a model which was up top, he retrieved the toilet, placed it on the hand truck and informed me as soon as he assisted the other customer who was standing by waiting for him, if needed he would take it to my vehicle. I really appreciate him making my shopping experience so much easier.

Awesome location! There is always someone at the door greeting me "happily"! The associates are very kind in this store and carry a sense of urgency in helping their customers. I love this location. I will always go out of my way to come here. Simply because of the Customer Service.

Hard to find someone to assist you in finding products.

Most all employees I have ever had experiences with are either disgruntled or mediocre. on 2/10/21 @ 1:16 pm the first AMAZING employee LUKE. LUKE is upper-management material. He approached me, friendly, helpful, with contagious enthusiasm, he dug thru all the sanding belts to find only one that was buried in another section, the one I needed. I have never experienced an employee going the extra mile to assist. I left the store feeling happy, the first time in YEARS. ONLY LUKE DESERVES the 5 STARS.

Brisa, Brandi and the evening manager are incredible! They worked to help my teenage son gather supplies for his upcoming Eagle Scout project. They were generous with their time, attention and assistance in securing the materials and we are so impressed with your store and your staff. Considering the challenging times we are currently all experiencing, being in your store and working with your associates was truly uplifting and a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

I went in today to get 10 bags of quickcrete. I walked up to the cashier, SHEILA, and told her what I would like to buy. She rang me up and gave me a total. I then offered my phone number for a military discount. She looked at me and said ever so rudely and with attitude, “that’s not how WE do it, that’s how Lowe’s does it. Just show me your card.” Well excuse me for not working here and knowing how the system works. I’ll take my business in the future down the road to Lowe’s. They are friendly and are appreciative of their customers. IF I do go back to Home Depot, I’d rather NOT see SHEILA being rude to people anymore. Thanks.

Great Store as always with Home Depot stores. Customer service is cordial and fast. Products are cost efficient and always in stock and easy to find. Home Depot is forever my home improvement place.

This store will typically have items in stock as I shop here often. It is clean and if store employees are not busy, they are generally willing to help you. I do not often write a review but my experience at the return counter warrants it. It is often times slow, lines are long, and many associates will often take their time getting to you after completing a transaction. Be it putting previous returns in buggies, finding a buggy to put those in, securing the return with tape, or getting a quick chat in with another associate before offering to help or look your way. Plan to be there for a good minute if you do a return before shopping. Recently, I had a return and two associates were at the counter. One had us to wait while the other did the returns. When the guy behind me stepped up and asked her if she was open once it was my turn to get waiting on, she answered Yes and got to working. I saw her standing there chatting the entire time and laughing with another associate while "parked" behind her register. Not proactive at all with returns and I guess they assume we have all day to wait in line. Some people actually get paid to do nothing.
