    I'm writing to inform you of the horrible and un-call for customer no-service I received at your Home Depot in Fayetteville, GA... On 8/13/20 at approximately 9:25am, I was at your self-checkout register scanning my items and preparing to pay for them. After scanning them I touch the square on the touch screen requesting assistance for my military discount. Your sales associate Shayla (whose name appears on my receipt) was working in that area at the time and was in a conversation with another female associate, totally ignoring the needs of the customers at the self-checkout registers. While I still waited for assistance from her, she continued her discussion because obviously she felt her conversation with her co-worker was more important than assisting the customers. I started to look around for any other associate to assist me and finally she came over with a mean look on her face. She didn't greet me nor did she ask me what I need assistance with. She just started tapping the touch screen as if she was angry. After a brief moment of watching her do that I ask her, "Do you know what I requested assistance for?" She responded, "I just figured you couldn't scan something." I replied, "No, but It probably would help if you ask the customer how can I help you, instead of just coming over with an attitude." She replied, "I don't have an attitude, thank you." I then proceeded to explain to her why I needed assistance. Shayla, who was being very confrontational, then said, "Why didn't you just say that." I didn't want to get into a back-and-forth with this associate so I digress, but this kind of attitude is totally un-call for and should not be tolerated. This is an example of customer no-service. Something needs to be done about this because with this kind of attitude she doesn't need to be dealing with customers until she can display a far better demeanor about herself.
