The customer service at this store is AWESOME!!! I had two associates to assist me while shopping (AJ) and (Edward), if you get these two you will feel valued as a HD customer, they go over an beyond to assist , and their professionalism and courteous mannerism are a plus, AWESOME JOB!! also I had to pull my car to the curbside to pickup some of my items,..didnt have to wait, several associates were there with my item to load... Didnt get their names but they were awesome too.. "Way to go HD..#YouRock

This store is exceptional! Associates greet you at the door, greet you as you walk around the store, and go above and beyond to make sure to give exceptional service!

This is one of the closest stores to my location, however, the customer service requires substantial improvement. The store is fairly organized, and a decent variety of home type items are stocked.

Ms. Brenda at the customer service desk is fabulous! On the rare occasion something isn’t right, she personally will go above and beyond to find a satisfactory resolution to the problem:)

This store only applies a 10% military discount on select, regularly priced, in-store merchandise. If you are active duty, retired military, or a reservist, you are better off going to the competitor's store a mile to the south where they treat military better. I won't be shopping here anymore.

This store is the "Chic Fil A" of hardware stores! Thanks for making me feel at home and because of this experience, this DOER will be getting more DONE!

The professionalism of the cashiers and service clerks, especially KERRE. She was very thorough; listened attentively and very patient. My situation was complexed, yet she was able to comprehend and complete the transaction completely! I's so glad HD chose to have a worker such as herself! Please utilize her talents - she can teach others awesome customer service skills!

Jamie the customer service was very respectful, courteous and more important quickly !!!! Home Depot should have more Jamie at Customer Service. I had very bad experience in the past with ladies at this store, moody faces, mad faces like I am asking for free items. And I don’t do that! I pay for my items and I want respect and courtesy at least.... I spend more than $8.000 thousand dollars a year. The mínimum I deserve is a welcome face that appreciate that I spend my money at the store.

Candice Holder was very patient, knowledgeable, and too nice. She went above and beyond our expectations by calling other home depot stores to find what we needed at this Fayeville Home Depot, making the shopping experience much better than other home depots. In addition, Candice Holder made suggestion on colors and others things to purchase.

Item prices are incorrectly marked, and Harold ( a store supervisor) is unwilling to assist in locating items, correcting pricing, or any form of good customer service . He seemed very fixated on the other employees and I knowing he was the boss and what he said goes. Be sure you monitor the price of your items or make your life easier and go to another hardware store.

if you are military or former military and bring in your DD2 form showing you were in military dont expect to get the military discount even though the other Home Depots in surrounding area have no problem giving it to you. The cashiers don't have time or care to look at form even though u were the only customer in line. They tell u its not a id and walk off.

I went in to place an order for a lumber for my deck I was given a delivery date of 9-11 it's now 9-12. I still have not gotten my delivery and no one in the store will answer the phone so I can find out why I have not received my delivery. I talked with the store manager yesterday Kelly she was very rude and unprofessional and did not call me back in reference to my delivery. I ended up having to call the Home Depot complaint department. And today I'm still in the same situation no idea when my wood will be delivered.

The store had very good customer service and all employees that I spoke to was knowledgeable on the items I was buying and very helpful on other items that I could buy also. And it was a plus that everything I was looking for was all in one location. Was very satisfied with overall experience.

I'm writing to inform you of the horrible and un-call for customer no-service I received at your Home Depot in Fayetteville, GA... On 8/13/20 at approximately 9:25am, I was at your self-checkout register scanning my items and preparing to pay for them. After scanning them I touch the square on the touch screen requesting assistance for my military discount. Your sales associate Shayla (whose name appears on my receipt) was working in that area at the time and was in a conversation with another female associate, totally ignoring the needs of the customers at the self-checkout registers. While I still waited for assistance from her, she continued her discussion because obviously she felt her conversation with her co-worker was more important than assisting the customers. I started to look around for any other associate to assist me and finally she came over with a mean look on her face. She didn't greet me nor did she ask me what I need assistance with. She just started tapping the touch screen as if she was angry. After a brief moment of watching her do that I ask her, "Do you know what I requested assistance for?" She responded, "I just figured you couldn't scan something." I replied, "No, but It probably would help if you ask the customer how can I help you, instead of just coming over with an attitude." She replied, "I don't have an attitude, thank you." I then proceeded to explain to her why I needed assistance. Shayla, who was being very confrontational, then said, "Why didn't you just say that." I didn't want to get into a back-and-forth with this associate so I digress, but this kind of attitude is totally un-call for and should not be tolerated. This is an example of customer no-service. Something needs to be done about this because with this kind of attitude she doesn't need to be dealing with customers until she can display a far better demeanor about herself.

The attendances are not knowledgeable about the department they work in. If they see you are lost in what you need they look away or ignore you. The worst experience ever. I won't be returning!!
