Wow. If it wasn't for Tanika it would be no stars. That woman had a crowd of us picking up prepaid orders that we were told were ready and weren't. That woman was covering returns. The useless coworker did nothing with in 30 minutes we were all happy and on our way. She took over and organized everything and resolved 7 different issues with such Professionlism. She should be running that store.

Today I visited Home Depot Fishkill , The service from store greeting to the final payment location is always positive and helpful. Cashier was very friendly.

Great selection and the staff is always helpful.

Kevin was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and stayed with me to find everything I needed. I am very grateful for his help.

This is a very well stocked, clean, and very well staffed store. Have never not had a great experience dealing with the staff here, good people.

products in isles were blocked by lifts, ladders so you couldn't reach an item. This store is worst then the Brewster store.

Throughout the COVID situation, I have visited the Fishkill Home Depot numerous times. The service from store greeting to final purchases is always positive and supportive. I had to purchase mechanical window opening parts for Andersen windows that were installed in 1999. Support was efficient in identification of the parts, order placement and delivery. A problem I thought could not be completed was professionally completed and with friendly and positive manner. As well, from store greeting to answered questions and final purchase, I did not come across a negative employee. On another purchase, as I prepared to load 3 bales of peat moss into my car, a new and young employee stopped his work, offered and loaded the peat moss into my car. Just amazing the professional and friendly support from every employee. This is magnified by the social and pandemic issues all face today. My congratulations to all at this Home Depot store.

Cashier Manoj greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable about the products I purchased. He made my day and made my trip to Home Depot a joy!!!

Wappinger store has more options than fishkill store.

Just purchased a washing machine, they price matched and were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The appliance manager James was great.

Someone should keep watch on self inventory. Sometimes desired products are not there.

Fishkill Home Depot is by far the best Home Depot i’ve ever been to! i’m greeted with smiles every time i walk into the store. the store is clean and organized and the associates are all very helpful. Employee, Robert from Plumbing was just courteous, professional, and very very helpful. Two thumbs up to him. The store was very cleaned and well organized.

I went in needed 3 large items that I wouldn’t have been able to get myself. I asked for help and JAMES got a cart and was my personal shopper. I have never had help like that in ANY store. He got the items, helped me with self checkout and loaded my car. The Wappingers Falls is closer to me but I will now only go to Fishkill.

Store managers Deb and James go out of their way to make customer's shopping experience optimal, treating everyone with respect and appreciation for shopping there.

There’s so many great things I can say about the Fishkill Home Depot and the great customer service I receive from the store manager Deb to the assistant managers Adnan, Ismail and James, to the customer service desk Christie, Kelsey, Kait, Josh, Lexi, and Pabito and all the other store associates. Just know they are the best! Every single time I enter the store I’m great with smiles and greeted on a first name basis, they all take care of me and ALL the store associates help me. I love this Home Depot and recommend anyone in the area to shop here! You won’t regret it.
