Store Employees are typically very helpful. Especially Frankie who goes out of his way to help me find that odd piece that I know i need even if I don't know the proper name of it.

I love shopping in the Fishkill Home Depot, everyone always greats you with a smile and you will never walk out of this store without having all your questions answered, correctly! Thanks Fishkill Home Depot for always making my shopping experience wonderful and thank you for always going above and beyond with your customer service.

Excellent service starting with Bob @ the store entrance to Timothy who oversees Outdoor Grills. Terrific expertise, expressed sincere interest and engagement with assisting us to find just the right grill. And patient too boot. Bravo HD!

The employees who helped us today in finding and purchasing our product where AWESOME and I hope they ALL get a pay increase for their dedication to customer satisfaction. Up until today I shopped at the Poughkeepsie store but after today I will now shop at the FISHKILL store even though it is a longer ride. Jeanine, Peter and Eric you made my day. Thanks for being at work today !!

This store if vert clean, and has a very friendly staff. All the products are fully stocked and easy to reach.

WE CAME IN AT 8:40 PM...YOUR WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF LOADING SHELVES, BUT HE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HELPED US.. HE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND KIND AND CONCERNED THAT ME & MY DAUGHTER FIND THE RIGHT COPPER PIPING THAT WE NEEDED TO REPLACE OUR TUB SPOUT !!! I'M SO SORRY I DID NOT GET HIS NAME :(

The Home Depot at #6178 in Fishkill, New York is one of the best I have ever shopped. All the employees, from the "on floor" help to the cashiers are most helpful, courteous, empathetic, efficient, and professional in every way.

PHONES GO UNANSWERED AFTER INITIAL GREETING. MANAGER NEVER TO BE FOUND. DELIVERY NIGHTMARES- INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES - WEEKS LATE NO FOLLOW UP BY MIDDLE MANAGEMENT- DEPSITE THEIR PROMISES SHELVES AREN'T STOCKED PROPERLY

Great store, people, and service

Bob and Jody went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and find me the item that I came into the store to get.

Cleaner than the other local stores and staff is generally more friendly.

Great store. The employees are polite, kind and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend the kitchen cabinet personnel because their designing skills are amazing.

I recommend this location but don’t go after 9pm because they TURN THE LIGHTS OFF!! Seriously, we shopped in the paint department in the dark because they are forced by corporate to conserve energy and turn the lights OFF!?!

Pleasurable shopping experience at this store. Place was clean ~ Ivan in the Appliance Department & Nicole at the Service Desk were exceptionally kind and professionalism.

Matt in the appliance department at Home Depot Fishkill was friendly, helpful (but not pushy) and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us pick out our dishwasher which turned into a dishwasher, microwave and stove at a price that can’t be beat!

Even though part of a large chain of stores, the Fishkill store has the aspect of a local community store. The staff are very cordial and friendly, and they love my Old English Sheepdogs, Rufus and Mopsey, who love going to the store to visit their friends. So very helpful and knowledgeable, I would never go elsewhere.

The staff here are absolutely amazing and make it. Homedepot can be a chore but when you have what feels like a personal shopper it makes it so much more pleasurable. Thanks guys. Luke
