I liked the store , good collection and I found patio furniture set in good deal but only wood flower bed was available during my visit . Other wise all good.

Nice clean and friendly store.

I’ve been using this store out of necessity for over 15 years when I work in the area because it’s the only place around to get tools and materials on this side of Flowermound. Every single time I try to return something at this store receipt or no receipt (lifetime warranty on Husky hand tools) the associate always has an attitude or won’t do the exchange. I just risked coming here again after boycotting it for a long time and guess what? Same rude customer service at the CS desk. Without fail they always giving me grief about exchanging items that NO OTHER STORE IN THE. METROPLEX DOES! Horrible. At this point it has to be the store GM and his style of training and leadership along with Richard in the CS department. Never again! I’ll drive the extra 15 min or 6.1 miles and go through the 15 or so traffic lights before giving this place a shot again.

I came in to check out fence staining and I was immediately helped and my questions thoroughly answered to help me in my decision on which product to purchase. As usual, I love this Home Depot because they are eager to help and very friendly in doing so, as opposed to being put out and having to find someone to help you. I will keep coming back again and again!

I love my Ridgid icebox fitbits my other tool boxes keeps my drinks ice cold all day in this heat that means a lot

This is a great store. The employees are friendly and helpful. It makes shopping here and enjoyable experience. No frustration trying to find someone to help you. Health is always nearby or on the way. Had a very nice experience with the help of a young man who helped me navigate through the military discount app

Hard to get a signal in this store. They asked to go outside for the signal first. It still did not work.

Employees are very helpful and answer questions clearly. If they may not know they quickly get someone who has the answer. It is also great they have the handheld device locating anything in store and the Prices.

I am giving this such a low review because the lady at the Pro Customer Service desk has consistently been unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. She talks about you right in front of you and has a very bad attitude. Morgan has always been kind and helpful with a positive attitude. I would give them 5 stars but the attitude of one of the employees makes it very tough

I've been in the Flower Mound Store for tile needs; plumbing for bath/shower, etc. Each time I've found the store to be the friendliest and most ready to 'actually' help the customer. I've not had to chase anyone down, there. When a call for an associate to meet me, I've not had to wait what seems endlessly for them or go back and ask them to call, again. I don't 'dread' going there.

Since Home Depot went the QR code process for the Military discount, it doesn't work. The store has no internet or cell service, so it's impossible to pull up the QR code. Nor does the store associates have the ability to look at a Military ID card and verify it. Pretty sad you advertise the service but provide NO means to use it.

Was directed to this store after going to another. HD and only had one of the item I needed about I needed 5. They called this store and verified that they had +20 of the item but they only had 2. Went to customer service where the lady using her cell phone asked if there wasn’t someone back in that department and there was but the employee had a line of 4-6 customers so she told me to just call another store

Why won’t your store honor my military ID card to receive my discount? I have hard proof of my issued ID card, my email and phone number has been verified, and I’ve used (for years) my phone number and email on hundreds of transactions to receive my discount. I’ve earned it, and you won’t check my ID card - and rely on a stupid QR code? No manager intervention! Your company and HQ needs to review this and correct it.

I have never had a bad experience at this store! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Have always had what I needed in stock. Unless I move this is my home improvement store for ever!

It took longer to get the items in than expected, but in this day and age, understandable. Excellent discounted price, and the storage unit of high quality.

I had received an eGift card and at check out was having trouble pulling up the email because of internet issues. I had previously linked the gift card to the app to make sure I wouldn't lose it. I was transferred between so many people who tried to help but we're at a loss... Until Faith stepped in. She provided a simple, common sense, practical solution and saved the day. Not only that but she was kind, considerate, and was great with my dog. I really appreciate her! The home Depot gets 2 stars. Faith gets 5 stars.

This Home Depot has the best customer service. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. It is so nice to be greeted by a friendly face upon arrival.

CASHIER MARCELA WAS VERY HELPFUL

I am in a hurry to buy two heaters for friends who need them urgently due to the cold weather. The model I would like to purchase are all sold out. The next available model sale price is much higher. Homedepot is willing to provide a discount price to solve my problem. This is just an example how they take care of their customers first.

Four different employees went out of their way to help with my Christmas shopping! Delightful!
