Best Home Depot store I've ever shopped in. There is a store in Lewisville which is closer to my house but the experience has never been very good so I go out of my way to go to the Flower Mound Home Depot.

This Home Depot is special, all of the employees are so helpful .. Seems like I am in there almost once a week ,the store is very clean and organized.everyone goes out of there way to make sure I find what I need.

I always have a great experience at this store. Being a female DIYer, people like, Rick, Bill, Neil etc. provide the experience and knowledge to help me get the many/consistent projects frequently going on with nine properties to maintain. Thanks to all.

Sales help were visible, available, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They took time to answer all my many questions. They made good alternative suggestions. When I asked a question about a price being lower at the Flower Mound store than at a Dallas HD, and the salesman did not know the answer, he quickly called his supervisor and got the answer for me. The store was clean, well organized and stocked well.

I always enjoy coming to this store. It is a very clean store. The workers are always helpful. They always have everything I need. I bought a refrigerator. The salesman was very helpful and nice.

I've been visiting this store since it opened. Most of the people there are friendly and knowledgeable. I don't go anywhere else unless they do not have the item I need in inventory. There's a big buy by the name of Rick who has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I need technical support, i.e., electricity, plumbing etc., he's the guy I seek for advice.

Customer service is horrible. We spoke with Mike(Assistant manager) and there had been a confusion with our order. We purchased a ladder and apparently the transaction was made incorrectly. First of all he double check our receipt to make sure it was "real" , by this we felt discriminated. after that he went on to tell us how the employee had violated policy by doing this, not once did he apologized or look at us, instead he blamed the employee. Everything starts at training and how are we suppose to know, we are the customers, we don't work there!! Overall I don't think my husband and I were treated with respect.

Very disappointing not a single employee I saw was wearing a face mask nor was any hand sanitizer at 2 different checkouts used today.Management must not care there is a viral pandemic.
