DAN, WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD AT ANY STORE. I KNOW IT WAS NOT HIS DEPARTMENT, FOR HIM TO TAKE TIME OUT TO SHOW ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED & EXPLAIN HOW I WOULD PUT THE MATERIALS TOGETHER TO BETTER DO THE JOB WAS AMAZING, HE REALLY DID GO BEYOND HIS DUTIES. I CAN'T SAY THANKS ENOUGH. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP WITH HOME DEPOT AND NOW SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT. HE CHANGED MY PERCEPTION NOT ONLY ON THE STORE BUT ALSO PEOPLE. HE HAS A WAY WITH WORDS TO EASILY TEACH. TRUE GIFT FROM GOD.

The associates at the front of the store have always been friendly towards me. While flipping a house, I spent a lot of time and money at this store. Returns were easy and because of that, I ended up buying more at this store because I knew I would be treated with respect if I needed to make a return.

We were very pleased with the knowledge and customer service given by Doug in the appliance department.

See Vicki or Susan, they gave us excellent customer service! We moved from Fairfield (near the Forest Park store) to Colerain. The employees at Colerain were too busy socializing to help us, so I left and made the drive to Forest Park, Vicki once again gave me her undivided attention. We will make the drive to Forest Park, well worth the drive.

Great store and Scott is awesome

Management at this location is horrible. They are not available to help their employees operate and figure out their own systems. They cannot be bothered to help load appliances or figure out how to solve computer glitches. Will never shop at this location again.

Store took care of my needs and employees where very helpful. I shopped at this store because I was near it at the time. I usually shop at the East Hamilton location because it is nearer to me.

Friendly employees that are quick to help shoppers and are knowledgeable about their area of the store. They offer suggestions on which product would be better suited for the application.

The store is neat and clean the help is wonderful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

The employees at Forest Park Home Depot are friendly and make eye contact with you. They seem to be happy that I came in today.

Home Depot installed laminate in three rooms. Home Depot ordered everything I needed and the install experience was excellent.

Very bad experience with Sheila the cashier. She is very rude and nasty and tried to refuse my disable veteran husband his military discount.

Always enjoy shopping at this store, its always a good experience with staff and ability to find what I want, it's clean and well kept.

The people were friendly and very helpful, namely Nichole, Darla and Sam. This made for a fast and pleasant experience for me. The store seemed to be organized and I found all that I was looking for on this shopping experience. If you need direction in the store, or have any questions, there were several people to ask for assistance.

Store is fine ... but I rarely shop here anymore because using HD credit card does not result in discount as was done several years ago when I used HD exclusively

My son took his daughters to your project day when the girls were little. They woke him up way too early one Saturday and asked, "Is this the day we go to the big orange store?" Thank you for that!

The store employees here are friendly, they have knowledge to share in terms of helping you get projects completed, and the store is clean.

I love this location. Consistently provides great service, Jay and Scott are two employees that we seem to always get when we go in to the store and they both make us feel comfortable and give us as much time as we need to ask questions and provide us with the help we need.

I found the product that I was looking. Louise assisted me and she was very friendly and helpful. I only wish that all employees at Home Depot were as helpful as she.

Overall I would rate this store poor. All homedepot really. except for an employee named Joyce.she went the extraile to make sure our needs were met. And importantly she listened to us. And since she couldn't solve our problem she took us to the manager who could solve our problem..and he was able to solve our problems on top of the problem of our items being out of stock. Then our cashier was friendly and accurare. Thank you Joyce,Kadie (cashier)and Joe (manager) for making our hopmedepot disaster a pleasant experience and giving us faith back into good customer service
