The associate was very helpful .Vincent was our cashier he was very helpful and his co worker too.

This store has a lack of effort problem. Employees cant be bothered to walk to an aisle to check a price, and managers cant be bothered to show up when requested. Also, they have to be told not to touch customers. That is crazy

Parking lot always clear of shopping carts with few exceptions. Carts in the store always available so no need to search. Friendly staff and no unexpected delays in checking out. Floor always clean and merchandise neat and clean. Cashiers always friendly. 3rd party marketing people never too pushy. No complaints. Always a nice retail experience.

Extremely friendly staff. Adam in Gardening was very busy but found time to help me with my project.

I worked with Jake and Cora in the plant department. Both of these employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I went home with a car full of flowers and got exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased and will shop at their store more often because of the top notch service.

This store has been so helpful in the maintenance of my large home. I love the sense of accomplishment I get, when I finish something that improves my home. Being that I’m just an “average Joe”, and not a home expert (but a home owner), Home Depot lets me get everything my home needs, and the customer service at MY location, is especially amazing. I love this company so much!! Never once have I gone into my location and not received the help I needed.

Every time I go to this store, I am always greeted by friendly associates and staff members. If I am helped with a new associate, there is always a seasoned employee nearby to pitch in more details on the product(s) that I need and answer the questions that I have. This store has top-notched employees, even fairing better than some of their own area Home Depot stores. I feel that I am never 2nd guessed on the projects that I endeavor as a teacher and an area resident for more than 30 years along the 620 corridor. Even if the employees aren't genuinely intrigued by the projects that I do, you would never be able to tell because they are helping me along each and every step in order to make sure that I have the right materials and tools to get my project completed.
