Never disappointed in products or employees.

Replaced the windows in our home. Shopping for replacement Blinds proved a much larger task than we expected. After several stops we met the staff at Home Depot in Franklin WI. They were polite helpful and patient. Our search was over…they walked us through entire purchase. Nice to feel like we mattered and made the right decision. Thank you to Jason Ela Danelle.

I bought picture frame brackets and the employee helped amazing

Had trouble with a product and they replaced it in record time and did all they could to make it happen.

I had an issue making a purchase online. When I went into the store Amy at customer service provided great customer service was kind and efficiently provided the services I needed. In addition I was in the plumbing department and was having an issue locating a part. It was easy to find a staff member or to and they were very kind to help. Thank you Amy and Franklin Home Depot, I usually go to another hardware store but will be coming to Franklin Home Depot more often!

This store has always been quick to handle problems that arise with certain products that do not live up to customer expectations.

Our sales rep was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Along with falsifying a veteran discount, we were not assisted in our expensive purchase. The sales rep would not leave her chair to help us. Her personal conversation with a coworker was more important than helping us with choices in appliances. I will never shop here again.

I brought my carpet and paint and all what I need for my home, it’s easy to find what you want.

Bought a log splitter and was in and out of store in 20 minutes' actually wheeled the unit from back storage and met me at customer service desk.

Buying items for rebuilding a shed, had to come back several times for different items, I realize that this is not a typical request and would generally pertain to HD in general, but it would be nice if everything could be put on one tab even though it was bought at different times and different days

I had a horrid experience with the Milwaukee store and was sent to Franklin to pick up supplies the Milwaukee had messed up. Amber was amazing and corrected my problem in 5 minutes. She turned a very sour experience into a happy outcome. I will drive the extra 30 minutes just to go to this store.

They sell an appliance and installation but then when the appliance shows up they say they cannot install! What kind of operation is this?

We recently purchased carpeting for our home. Your employee, Dora Wilson, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding all aspects of the purchase including product information, financing, measurements, etc. I would highly recommend your Home Depot in Franklin, WI to others.
