We love to shop at the Franklin store. They always have everything we need. We purchase all our carpeting there, for example, because they have great products and at a very fair price.

Tried to exchange an item the very same day I purchased it. The item was new in the box and I had the receipt, but was told my refund was denied and there was nothing they could do. This makes zero sense to me and they could not explain and were no help.

Nolan was the employee that helped us cut a peice of hardboard at the cutting station. His cuts were precise and exactly the measurements we asked for: right on the money!!! He was friendly, efficient, and pleasant to deal with!!

Kelly in flooring was great, she located subway tile for me. However Home Depot's online shopping needs to be revamped. Kelly had 30 tiles in hand, so I ordered 30 online to secure them. But after driving 45 mins to WI to pick them up 12 tiles were missing or sold. Kelly, the employee, told me she can not pull an order for a customer - a picker needs to do that instead. This process ends with an unhappy customer who took the time to call, purchase on-line (as recommended by the store employee as the best way to secure the tiles needed) & drive to pick-up.

BIG thanks to Michael and Kristin for trying their best to make us happy again. All the effort was noticed and appreciated. Store was clean. Found what we needed with Michael's assistance. Great store, look forward to returning.

I had to ask for a sales associate for help in selecting an item from store stock. This associate in electrical department made an extra effort to find and display the item I selected. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had a very complex warranty situation with some vinyl plank flooring. Jose at the service desk and Hussein handle the situation with great professionalism! They went above and beyond to make sure it got handled correctly. Also Brian the store manager deserves credit for contacting the proper people to make sure it was taken care of properly.

When you check out, look for FOZIA to help you! What a doll :-) She was very helpful, very friendly but professional, and super efficient. AND she called someone to help me load my heavy purchase ~ and that strong yound lady was outside waiting for me when I pulled up in my car. What a great team they have at my Home Depot on 27th

This is our go-to Home Depot. We’ve been to others in the area and the people weren’t friendly or helpful. When we need help at this store, we never get a quick pointed finger and a quick reply of “aisle 2,” etc.! The employees here go out of their way to make sure we find what we’re looking for. The cashiers here are always cheerful, friendly and quick to help if we need any assistance. Today, the cashier, Sania, made our checkout nice and quick with her short conversation and wondering if we have everything we need to complete our project. We will continue to shop here.

I’m very happy to report this store had very helpful workers. Mr. Hussein helped me with my deep freezer. Gave me advice on how to keep upright and helped me look for cleaning cloths. My neighbor and I will definitely shop at the Franklin store and look for Mr. Hussein the friendly employee.

Worst customer service ever! Only 1 helpful person... the cashier.

This store has some great employees that go way out of their way to help customers in a friendly, polite manner. Gerardo and Tyson are two such employees. Their assistance was greatly appreciated. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely shop this store again.

In my 3 minutes inside the garden area, I encountered three employees, only 1 wearing her mask correctly. 1 had it all the way down around her neck, the other, my cashier, pulled down below her nose. I asked the correct mask wearing employee to inform my intended cashier to pull her mask above her nose or I would not approach or would request that someone else be my cashier. Meanwhile, 3 customers were also in the immediate vicinity wearing masks around their necks. Absolutely no enforcement of the city and company mask mandate. When I called to speak to the store manager I was informed that he was out and his voicemail was inactive. I was told to go to the survey link on the bottom of my receipt and leave my comments there. I will take my business to other stores that diligently care about my safety and the safety of our community.

The home Depot in Franklin is my favorite store since is close to my home, people are very friendly and helpful,easy to find items and the outdoor garden center is full of beautiful flowers and plants at reasonable prices compare to garden centers in the area.

Very rude staff. After speaking with a manager and him trying to handle my problem, he called a specialist to talk to me and he never came to the front desk. I assumed he was just tied up so I walked to the door department to see him sitting down talking to a coworker. I then asked if he could help and he said no and argued with me about whether or not the manager actually called and asked for him. I've never been to a store where you ask for help and get told no. Absolutely ridiculous.

Once A competitor started requiring masks I thought I’m gonna start making all of my purchases at Home Depot. On my last trip I came to the store to buy topsoil. I went to the register, told the cashier I wanted six bags and she said they had them outside. I went to get them outside and low and behold, there were none to be found. I had to come in and make the return for the items that they should never have been able to sell me in the first place. (Since they had none) Also, They made me sign for the nine dollar return which I was frustrated with as it was clear that they were not cleaning the credit card machine or the pen. When I challenged the cashier. the she told me they wiped the pen and machine after every use. This was an outright lie as I was in line and saw that they did not do that for any of the customers before me. I guess I am going to Another competitor from now on...

Very friendly staff that possess great customer skills. Without Bren helping me pick out my materials I really would have beren lost. I appreciate the time she took and she was sincere in ensuring that I bought the right material. She took the time to explain the different products I could choose from.
