I bought lot of plants and mulch and it was good.

Clean & organized with professional friendly staff.

We have shopped at other home improvement stores and noticed that you have to track down an employee to get help. The Home Depot on Urbana Pike has employees like Quin who actively engage with customers to see if they need help. Having amazing people on staff who help in everyway possible is why we will keep shopping at this store.

We went to find a replacement wand for a Royobi Power Washer and had a great experience at customer service. Peggy from Long Island was really nice and kind. The store had at least two employees ask us if we needed help. One employee with a hearing disability even came up to us at the light bulb section and could tell we needed advice.

The home depot at Frederick is exceptional to residential modification needs and advise

I was not confident with measuring and installing windows for brick veneer openings, however Millwright Thomas solved all my concerns and issues. We had a lot of fun along the way, and I was confident with my purchase.

I've been shopping at this location since it opened 20(?) years ago. There are other stores and options but this store seems to be consistently well stocked, well organized and staffed appropriately.

I had asked an employee who didn’t seem busy about an item I had trouble looking for, but instead, she directed her other coworker to help me. I had felt disrespected as there were no other customers around. She did not seem to care at all and continued on her phone. There are some employees who are helpful and nice, but others who seem to not care about helping customers. I hope I will have a better experience my next visit with employees who are actually willing to assist.

My husband and I were calling around to different Home Depot stores looking for a specific Christmas tree, I had the great fortune to call the Frederick store and speak with someone in Customer Service who went above and beyond to not only help us get the tree we were looking for, but also put it on hold so my husband could pick up the next day. They were very helpful and great ambassadors for the store!

I have to visit this store 5 times a week and every time it's a wonderful experience.

The dedicated staff you have are knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. Great people make a great experience!

I amin HD's 2-3 times a week all over central MD and this is by far the best one! Best stock and best staff.

Employees are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

Claudia showed GREAT patience and Customer service skill that went above and beyond. Zach was able to guide me to the items I needed with ease, and if he wasn't sure of the location he was able to find it via HDepot device. Very clean and well organized store. I will be copying and pasting this to Google maps for this location with a 5 star. Please look into promoting these employees. The Cashiers are awesome! Sonia and Kelly are true assets to the Home Depot Brand. They provide excellent service always with a smile and a friendly welcoming gesture. I don't shop any where else because of those two and I own a large construction company. I would rather shop there than a Lumber Yard.

If you’re lucky enough to encounter the staff members I did on my last visit (a tall, spiritual African American gentleman and his humorous Irish companion) you will not be disappointed. Helpful and inspiring!!!!

Wonderful service and great products!

Multiple items purchased, promptly processed by very professional staff, helped offered for unloading items into the truck. Prompt follow-up when items ordered on line arrived at the store for pick up.

The Manager Ed has no clue what ‘make the customer happy’ means. Store is very gloomy, disorganized, and everyone there is not friendly or inviting starting with Claudia at customer service.

Every time I visit this Home Depot, I am greeted with a smile and hello from every employee! Tony and Shauna in the Paint Department are particularly the best!! I needed a very specific paint and texture and they jumped right in to help me get the exact match! This location has done an excellent job staffing their store.

I returned a high dollar item with no receipt or prior means of payment as I left my wallet. Sharon took her time explain the return process in moments like this, suggested a replacement and recommended all the add-ons necessary. Sharon was absolutely amazing and let a situation that could have gone south go really smoothly.
