Gentil people, in 10 minutes 5 workers ask me if I need help with something. Great place.

I shopped for a Patio cushions storage box. The staff: Richard and DENNIS were Outstanding in giving me the Info I need. I will be back for two of these $200 boxes by the end of this month!

Purchased artificial grass, which is only available at Home Depot, and the sales representatives were terrific with assisting me with the right product for my space. I am also happy with the representative that secured the purchase to my vehicle safely.

There was a young lady named Sarahi by the self check out. She was so willing to answer all my questions. She made sure my shopping experience went as smooth as possible. Even my kids noticed how nice she was. That is how customer service should always be!

Please bring back the free coffee. I use to love stopping in just for the free coffee and would usually purchase something during my visit.

Home Depot is our preferred store because it is convenient and we can count on knowledgeable and helpful employees. This weekend the staff at the West Frederick and Frederick stores went above and beyond to help us get the item we wanted.

Brenda was incredibly rude to both another staff member and myself. It completely unnecessary and ruined the entire shopping experience, in which other members of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. She was just utterly hostile.

I always get good service when I shop here. They go above and beyond to be the best.

I purchased a Ryobi generator from Home Depot on line which was defective. I drove to this Home Depot to return it and was told that I could, but since it had been so long since I purchased it, I would get store credit rather than a cash refund and I had to drain the fuel first, which was fine. I was going to purchase a Honda generator to replace it which they had in stock. I went home, drained the fuel and returned an hour later. I was then told that they had made a mistake and I could not return it and had to take it to another Home Depot for repair. I was not very happy about this since I have no confidence in this generator which was defective right out of the box, but reluctantly complied and took it to the other Home Depot. It has now been over 7 weeks since I dropped it off and I have not received a single phone call to advise me of the status. This past weekend, I went back to Home Depot and purchased a Honda generator since I can no longer wait and need it for a camping trip.

Aaron, a Manager, went beyond what anyone could ever expect. It’s unusual in today’s environment to have this type of customer service. He not only provided a nice discount for supplies in feeding 48 families, he loaded the supplies in my car. He is a gem! God is good!

Julie the manager and Chad I believe he works in the wood dept. went over and above to help me with the supplies I needed for my project down to the nails.

Home Depot #2559 in Frederick is a wonderful store. The employees are always friendly, helpful, informative and just good people! I feel the store has raised some prices, as stores all around the area have done, but it's a great store for browsing and buying.

Melissa at doors and windows section was awesome. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed us how to fix our issue and we learnt something along the window. She showed us how to replace a screen and learnt it while doing it with us. Extremely positive experience and she was wonderful. Great employee and true customer service spirit

The employees have always been fun, happy and engaging. Ample selection of products in a very clean environment. Highly recommend, Hoe Depot.

The Frederick Home Depot is always well stocked, clean and neat, and if you require help or assistance the employees are always friendly and willing to assist you!

Great Service. The Rep from Ryobi was fantastic. Very helpful and professional. I made my purchase because of his assistance. In addition, at check, Kathy was very helpful, friendly and professional. I purchased the extended warranty after Kathy took the time to explain how the warranty works. She was wonderful to work with. he paint department was great. The lady in the paint department that is always there, don't know her name, but she is very helpful. The store always has what I need.

After purchasing 150 bags of mulch in one day (3 trips), driving around to the back of store so it could be loaded. NO HELP!! Raining/Pouring off and on ALL DAY!! After asking for help, again, We started loading it Ourselves!! Large Purchases Should be assisted by Employees. Need Better Customer Service!!

For my quick run in and out, I found exactly what I was looking for. In fact I was escorted to the isle location.

I generally enjoy shopping here but this past trip was a disaster. I was berated by the manager, insulted and felt like a "silly woman" when I asked for help and will not be going back anytime soon.

Friendly employees and items are always in stock. I even like their locker option for pickup so you don’t have to wait in line for order pickup.

I always enjoy going to the Frederick store. They are all very courteous, helpful and friendly! Also very knowledgeable and willing to help even when they are busy with other customers. It is the best Home Depot I'm Maryland. (Near FSK Mall).

When you need to do ANYTHING that has to do with DOORS in your residence (owned or rented) the door department at Home Depot is the place to go. Look up Robert. He's an elderly Veteran that KNOWS his doors and he gladly shares his knowledge with you. He'll make your shopping experience both pleasant AND educational and you'll leave knowing you met an expert in the field of DOORS.

Went to buy a Range and Fridge,Barbara at appliances was very helpful in getting me what I wanted.

We recently spent about $1000 on a new dryer at this store. Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with "Rick" in appliance dept....Terrible lack of customer service skills and should either be moved to another dept or find another job. He is hurting Home Depot image/brand at this location. Should have asked for another sales associate right away. BEWARE !

A very positive can do attitude exist with the employees of this store. Every time I have been there there folks have gone out of their way to ensure that not only was the issue solved but in a very smart/efficient way.

Julie was a big help to me today, helped me find my item and then even helped me check out.
