Your sales reps on the floor are always very helpful and eager to assist when I need help shopping for large items that I am not able to pull from stock by myself. I have been shopping at this store since 2017 since moving to the area. It is always clean and stocked of items I need to purchase.

I went to the store for a pressure washer because mines malfunction at the time needed to complete a job. You had a great unit and affordable that I couldn't find anywhere else. I looked for awhile but finally asked an associate for help which he lead me right to the pressure washer. The price were fair so I purchased it and have enjoyed my purchase.

Every time i visit this store, i'm followed around like i'm a criminal. No, i don't fit the description or look like your typical carpenter but that's no reason to follow me from row to row without ever asking me if i needed any help. Yes, i found what i had come to PURCHASE but Home Depot employees had absolutely nothing to do with it. If anything, they reinforced my decision to not come back and start ordering the tools i use (Milwaukee) online.

This store has been a go-to store for us for quite some time, despite the fact that we also utilize the store in Dalton Ga quite a bit too. I found the store today to be well-stocked, neat, and well-staffed.

My favorite home improvement store,

My visit to home improvements stores have been frustrating lately, never an employee when you need one. The last few times going to Home Depot has not been that way. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and available, makes everything so much nicer.

If you need anything for your home or garden this is the place to go. Thank you foe helping the VFW in our town!

If you plan on buying lumber, grab a lumber cart from outside. They don't keep them inside anymore. I'll just go to Lowe's instead. Saves me an extra trip to the parking lot.

During the week days, in the morning hours and afternoons, the customer service is great. Most employees are extremely helpful. On the weekends, I do not find the service to be as helpful, especially with their younger employees. Customer service is not a value they have learned.

The store was clean and the light bulbs and electrical boxes were neater than usual. Your employee James was working hard to make sure the shelves were stocked and everything was in its correct place but not to busy to ask if I needed assistance.

This is a great store everybody is so friendly and if you need help all you had to do is ask but most the time they ask you. And basically everybody there has a smile on their face the store is well stocked it’s clean it’s everything you could ask for in a home improvement store. They help you load without asking but if no one’s around and you do ask it won’t be long till someone shows up to help you. And go to the Pro Desk They are absolutely fabulous will help you with anything.

If you need tools Home Depot is the place to go. Great brandname items with good prices. Friendly knowledgable staff makes shopping easy. Organized clean store makes for easy product location. Great store to shop in.
