Aisles full of merchandise, could not get to wanted items. Would not honor internet pricing and it cost me an extra $20. Employees were helpful but reluctant to be.

The store wasn't organized and with a lot of clutter. Hard to get someone to help.

Customer service lady was preachy and condescending. Was made to feel guilty to ask for the overcharge back. Didn’t need the inventory lecture. Too many options to tolerate this poor customer service.

Where are the employees? There were some folks with orange aprons on but not one stopped to say hello, ask me if I needed help, help dig lumber out from the back of the hole, nothing. Three employees walked past me while I was on my knees, digging into a lumber hole getting boards from the back of the hole but not one stopped to help. I am seriously disappointed in what Home Depot has become. As a former employee of Home Depot in the days or Arthur Blank and Bernie Marcus, this is a sad example of what has become tolerable employee behavior. This would never have been tolerated. I wonder if the corporate leadership has ever experienced this in one of their stores?

The young man who helped me get a key made was so helpful and friendly. I appreciated him very much!

I shop in Home Depot quite a bit being a contractor and it feels good to be able to walk in the store and to a department and have an associate immediately ask if I need help. John in Windows and Doors did exactly that. He was very friendly , knowledgeable and experienced in helping me design two overhead garage doors and a triple French door unit for my home. It was a quick and painless experience and Needless to say I walked out in a good mood. Thanks John !!!!!

No body should trust Home Depot for anything! I was supposed to get $50.00 off my purchase, for signing up for the Home Depot, but they only gave me $25.00. It is to far to drive back to their store. I want my other $25.00 off my bill! If you can't get that done, once I pay off their credit card, I'm going to cancel my card with them!!!!!!

Claudia helped us with our new refrigerator purchase and she gave excellent customer service. She went above and beyond. Thanks

The first employee we saw had his mask under his chin, the second under her nose. Our checkout person pulled hers up over her nose when I said we were going to find someone actually wearing a mask. If you care about this, be aware this store is absolutely not even enforcing masks by their employees, nevermind customers.

HomeDepot Garner had the best price on a 16' extension ladder. They showed one in stock and they had it there. An employee helped me get the ladder out of the rack and the cashier checked me out quickly. Every employee (about 5) that I encountered was friendly and wearing a mask as well as keeping a good distance. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE ALL CUSTOMERS WEARING A MASK!! I have a medical condition that puts me at a higher risk of infection and I appreciate the masks being worn by all.

The Garner 3631 has some of the most helpful sales associates. A big Thank You to DL for all of your help in my purchase and overall knowledge of the power tools.

The associate that checked me out today didn’t even greet me. No hello, hey, how are you today, did you find everything ok.....nothing! I found it very odd and frankly just not the norm I’m use to from the Home Depot. She did tell me “I don’t have a bag for your items” and handed them to me. I told her thank you and her response was um hmm. In her defense, there was another associate telling my cashier about her upcoming wedding. Which, by the way, is fabulous news!! There’s a time for conversation between associates with such great news, I just wish the basic customer service skills were covered at the time of this transaction because normally they are exceeded!! The Depot is a VERY friendly and knowledgeable place to shop and I truly appreciate what this store has to offer in a personal and professional aspect. I’m in property management and visit several locations on the average 2times in a week.

The store is clean and well stocked. Seemed to be enforcing the mask/face covering policy. I found everything I was looking for. I passed by a few employees helping customers.

They are very friendly and helpful for any one or anything you need help with.

If this store can have more associates readily available to assist customer, then this store could potentially reach a 5-star rating. Faster customer service/return lines would also be very helpful.

Not a pleasant experience. The customer service woman helped me with my return quickly and efficiently. The young lady in the blinds department took a while to assist me while talking with a co-worker. I waited patiently for her to be finished with her conversation. Another elderly woman was also waiting to be assisted and had not received any help to which she eventually walked away while saying "Good luck" as she left the department. Eventually the young lady asked if I needed help to which I answered that I needed my blinds cut. She then turns to another co-worker to ask if anyone else was available to cut my blinds to which he replied no. Then she begrudgingly assisted me and handed me my item with a "Here you go". Was not at all impressed with the level of customer service I received at this store.

Came into Home Depot for the first time in awhile and mike there was great, I got everything that I needed!!

I shop at this store mostly due to convenience/location. I would appreciate being asked if I need help finding things, as I am sometimes walking “forever” to find the right aisle. Also, am I the only one that wants to hear “thank you” when I hand over my money, instead of,”here you go!”???

We placed an order for a large amount of wood to build a deck. We received a delivery date and a time from 6am-8pm. We stayed home all day waiting. Called the store around noon not answer, but they still had time 6:00 we tried calling again no answer. Googled an 800 number spoke with a rep they tried to reach the store with no luck. Our order never came. We waited more than 12 hours for nothing, paid people to be on call to finish the deck job which never came. So infuriating and we still don’t know where our supplies are.

The Pro Service is what my company uses the most the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful.

assistant management do not know home depot policy and they aren't afraid to let you know. Super sad!

Everyone here is always pleasant and helpful.
