I always seem to have a positive experience at this Home Depot. My wife and I located all that we needed during this visit. This time, 'Jodi' was our cashier. Jodi was very pleasant. As we walked out of the store, we left feeling good due to our interaction with her.

Returned to the store for a second time this day. 'Paul' helped my wife and me locate all we needed from masks to use when installing insulation to locating all the pieces of laminated countertops that we needed. He was great! We found the Pro Desk employee to be friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work!

I was in need of insulation for above my garage. After extensive on-line research and considering my short time schedule I visited this Home Depot. The reason was because of positive experiences from my prior visits. I was not disappointed this time. I found what I needed in stock. There was a 'seasoned' employee in the area who helped me confirm my choice. (Sorry, but I missed noting his name.). I then went to the Pro Desk to arrange delivery and to pay for the purchase. 'Juan' was at the desk and took care of my needs without a hitch. Juan has a very positive personality and was knowledgeable regarding insulations and of store process for delivering materials. It was a very positive experience at this Home Depot. My hat is off to ya'll. Keep up the good work.

This store is always fast and friendly. The store stays fully stocked and is very clean. I love coming here because you can get what you need and there is friendly help so you don't waste half your day away when you have projects to get done!

Diane goes out of her way to help you out. She does adequate research before she calls you with information. I appreciate her willingness to call me to discuss things about my order.

Highly recommend the Garner Home Depot. They go over and above the call of duty. Suzanne, Amber and Regina and Allan, the Store Manager are great. They work hard to solve issues. Thank you. I will share my story with many.

Buyer beware - Home Depot Garner, NC had a refurbished Honda mower for sale in January. I needed a mower and it was a good deal, so I bought it. Unfortunately, I didn't think there was a need to test within 30 days, and didn't need to cut my grass in January. When I did finally use it in April, it ran fine for 5 minutes, then lost power and struggled to stay running. I had purchase fresh gas in a new can, but tried new fresh gas anyway. No luck. I did basic checks (spark plug gap, checked air filter, oil level, etc) and found nothing wrong, but still it didn't run right. I went back to Home Depot to see if I could return or exchange it, and of course they said NO, because it had been more than 30 days. Even though that was true, I explained that the equipment must have been sold to me defective. I feel that Home Depot should have at least offered an exchange or to send back to whoever they paid to check it out before re-selling it for another check. I will not be making any more major purchases from Home Depot as a result of this poor experience.

Store was clean and well organized...people were great!! Please please get a store out in Smithfield/Selma. We only have Lowes.

Store is clean and associates are friendly. I gave 4 stars because we did wait a bit for help in the carpet area and decided to purchase at another time. I would like to point out that it was a holiday so we understood. I like the location and convenience of this store.

I was so impressed with the amount of knowledge that the lady handling the paint counter was able to provide on paint sprayers which helped me make my choice on which one to purchase. Associates were great.

The store was well organized and everyone was very helpful.

This Home Depot store is the best place to perform all of your home improvement projects, the staff is very helpful and they provide excellent assistance when needed.

This store is full of seasoned professionals and that is what the customer needs; someone who knows where things are and what they are. There is nothing more aggravating than an employee not being able to answer any questions and then sending you to the wrong side of the store for something. It is my opinion that won't happen here. Employees Billy and Vincent went out of their way to help us in finding a perfect vanity counter top, even though it was just before closing time. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were made to feel like appreciated customers and honored guests!

LaTonya is pure awesomenessness. It’s a pleasure to see her and be assisted by her each time I visit for materials for my various projects. Katie is the “go to” for all things paint. She loves paint and that’s readily apparent. I rejoice when I see her in the paint section because I know I’ll have everything I need for the job including other options to consider with respect to the paint job.
