I always go to this Home Depot first because they usually have what I need. If they are out of a particular item I go to another Home Depot! These are the BEST stores around.

I had the best experience with Home Depot and their employee Doug Payne. He was wonderful to work with; did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. He was very considerate about my budget also. Will definitely refer him to my friends and family. A truly enjoyable visit.

Super friendly and timely service! The staff are knowledgeable and easily accessible. The store has a wonderful selection for paints and painting appliances as well.

The employees in the paint department were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were buying some garden materials. Skyler the cashier scanned our products but the computer kept saying they were not in the system. She tried few different numbers but the computer denied every one. She had to look our products up and manually enter all of the information. She kept a smile on her face the whole time. Skyler really turned my day around and made me more positive that day just for going through her line. I really admire you Skyler. You truly are a wonderful person!!

Associates took their time making sure of the correct item I was ordering per the pix and the time frame of delivery. I'm happy with the outcome and will return when ordering remaining lighting supplies next week.

Sadly Home Depot is not replacing damaged window insect screens. Had to go to another store for U-bolts as Home Depot is under-stocked. Have to caution friends of limited inventory and services.

I recently went shopping at the Gates store. I went there, expecting not able to find help but instead it was the opposite. Have four broken ribs. I wanted to get some things for the house. Some of these things were heavy so I asked employee to help me. They not only helped me but went to my car and unloaded it in my car for me. Great customer service.

Went in for a over the range microwave I knew what I was looking for and what made it a better experience is how fast I was greeted by Max Leisenring he was friendly and lots of knowledge and patience I was in and in mins feeling great about my purchase

I could not believe not one associate was available in the garden center to assist customers. I am a senior woman and had to lift twelve 35-50 pound bags of paver base onto a cart and again into my vehicle. No one was available. I couldn't wait any longer because the product I needed was almost out and 2 men were eager to grab what was left. So I took a chance, loaded myself, and wound up in the ER hours later with heart attack symptoms and back and neck pain. So much for customer service.

You need to open registers other than the self serve ones

I bought a Maytag gas dryer....I am waiting for delivery. I am very pleased with the service I received in the Gates store.

From the reps in the isles to the cashier in the checkout, the people here take the extra moment to make sure you are leaving with what it takes to get the job done right the first time. As a new to the DIY world home owner, this means the world to me!
