I would have to rate our shopping experience excellent, both my wife and I were greeted by two Home Depot associates. The store was clean, no obstacles in any of the aisles and every aisle was fully stocked. It was easy to find what we needed in the store, which we didn't need any assistance, (because we are regular shoppers and plus we knew where the large household appliances where located. We were able to get assistance fast without having to wait. The associate was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and let us know the delivery date and a time frame, very pleasant associate.

Ken Rund, Appliance Specialist, provided us with excellent & professional customer service and met all our needs.

Worst experience I have every had. Purchased a washer and dryer and truck drivers arrived with an attitude. They were rude and would not hook up my dryer to the existing vent. Got very nasty with me and my wife. This will be my last appliance purchase with Home Depot. I have never been treated so rude. They told me it was my problem to hook up the appliances not theirs. Call Home Depot and have them come out they told me? They took the appliances back and slammed the truck door as they left. I went back to the store and got my money back. What a horrible experience. Lazy low life bunch of losers is all I can say. What king of drivers do you hire????

MY COMPANY, WE SHOP AT HOME DEPOT ALMOST EVERY DAY AND THEY ALWAY HAVE WHAT WE NEED, THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAY HELPFUL.

Great store, employees very friendly and knowledgeable. Jerome in plumbing is great, he is the most knowledgeable person I ever had help me. Whenever I need plumbing help I always seek him out.

I went in to get a dryer and Ron Butera was so very helpful and helped me pick the right one for what I needed

Visit this store all the time, have made several purchases & always satisfied. Never worry about obtaining assistance when I need it & able to find what I need & find things I had never seen before. Will return soon.Ralph

I have gone to surrounding Home Depots, but the Gates store is, in my opinion, the best. I always get the help I need and if the employee I'm asking isn't sure, they always find someone that can help. I have found everything I need at this particular store and am completely satisfied with it.

This store is a mess. No one is helpful. So many things out of stock or in the wrong place. I left without everything I needed because I could not find what I needed in electrical.

The prodesk team at the Gates location are 2nd to none. The store is always clean and well stocked. This is the best place to go for all your contracting needs.

Grateful for Katherine & Ron at Gates Home Depot in appliances to help us make a decision on a new washing machine. Offered great advice and easy purchase for our new washer. Thank you for your assistance!

Josh crane was rude and made my dad and I feel like terrible people for needing wood cut.

I was told that the item I needed might not be available and that I should try a local specialty hardware store. But, as usual you had the item.

Tonight for the last hour, Employee Tamara literally harped on the p.a. system, the store is closing yadda yadda! It's always very annoying to begin with, and we all darn well know the store is closing @9pm, and are already trying power shop, so shut up, and let us concentrate on purchasing everything we need for tomorrow's critical jobs! Nothing worse than hitting the jobsite, missing critical items, and all because an employee was harping over the p.a.system, not only ruining the shopping experience, but ultimately possibly affecting my bottom line! Only thing worse is when the music is too loud also, and it does the same thing, can't hear yourself think! Funny thing, normally she's a pretty decent associate, but tonight...... wowee! And not in a good way!

Never had a bad experience at Home Depot, even if I had to return an item. Whenever I need help, it's always available. The aisles are clean & neat with a great selection.

The Gates store always has helpful, friendly employees! The check out staff is always friendly and seem happy to be at their workplace.

Great location with easy access. Plenty of parking. Well organized and easy to find the products I needed. The store was clean. Friendly people and they help you when needed. Easy to self checkout if the lines are long. Prices are better than other places. The open hours are convenient.

All of the associates at the pro desk are always very helpful and knowledgeable. they are always eager to help.

Great place to go for everything. I have purchased over the years 2 lawn tractors and 2 snowblower plus all the stuff a homeowner needs on occasion.

Went into the score clueless as to what a bullnose was, I stopped Tim who was working on something else, who quickly assisted me, and when he couldn't figure it out, Jason K came to help as well who then walked me to the aisle where the item I needed was, helped me figure out how much bull nose to buy, even though he was already busy . AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THESE MEN!
