Home Depot no longer accepts a Military ID Card for Discounts, like Dixieland Lumber Stores. You now have to have a Smart Phone, which is ridiculous, to get your well earned discount!

Roman was friendly helpful and on top of his game. He asked if we needed help before we could even ask him. I would come back to this store just to see him and have him help me again.

Was promised certain things and of course never maintained there agreement

This is the only Home Depot store that occasionally offers vanda, cymbidium, grammatophyllum and dendrobium orchids as well as hoya plants and designer hibiscus at reasonable prices. They don't come in often, but when they do, I jump at the chance to buy them. It makes visiting this store very exciting for me.

ALWAYS TRUST THEY HAVE WHAT I NEED

My husband and I were impressed with his service. His name was CHARLIE TENORIO. Charlie was helpful and knowledgeable for my bathroom project.

Shopping garden/landscaping items outside & inside was a breeze, though many choices beyond our imagination got us to tarry & buy more, so excellent was this visit.

Number 1 would be good customer service.

We updated all of our appliances to LG and very happy with everything that Home Depot has done to make it easy. Especially William Miller and his manager Scott

I bought 3 different drain openers for my bathroom sink and none of them worked. I was told that I could not have a refund because I used them. I think that is bad customer service.

I’ve come to this store on Numerous occasions the staff have helped me above and beyond. I couldn’t thank them enough.

This is generally a great store, the staff are busy, which needs to be respected when you are searching for products as they are moved around the store to make you search for them and in turn see more products that you need? At checkout today I was not greeted by the sales person, when I asked to add two bags of Quickrite all purpose sand that are stored at the front of the store I was met with a blank face and then offered a 1000lb bag of sand option, I stressed that I wanted the sand bags that are stored at the front of the building, already aware that there was only one sand bag on display. I offered to walk to the front of the building to check, a mere 100ft away. As I did I heard the sales person discussing with her colleagues that I did not know what I wanted. On my return I confirmed that I wanted the only bags of sand that were on display in front of the building, the sales associate then verbally interacted with her colleagues before adding the bags of sand to my order. The sales person then charged me for the items and turned her back on me and held out the receipt for me to take it out of her hand. I asked her if this was for me, she turned and I took my receipt.I informed her that she should always hand receipts to customer face to face! No thank you, no goodbye come again. In fact as if embarrassed by my sales associates behavior the staff member at the next checkout sheepishly wished me a good day. As I left the store I heard the sales person discussing loudly her interaction with me. Tennison is the name that appeared on my receipt. All customers deserve respect, I probably should have had more information to assist in the check out process, but in retail you need to maintain good customer service at all times. Looking at the review guidelines, the associate was not friendly or helpful.

Shopping for garden supplies is not my "thing" yet the staff and product selection here make the experience pleasant and efficient.

I like the selection of products and the availability of employees to assist in finding what I need.

I usually go to HomeDepot knowing what I need. This time, I knew I needed a shelf but had no idea what to get. Nora helped me right away to find the section I was looking for and Alexander went above and beyond to help me. The shelf was so heavy!!! And not only he helped me carry it, but he also cut it for the size I needed and loaded it into my car! I've always liked this store, and all the staff working there is very friendly and helpful. Very grateful, thank you, guys!

I like this store it is big and clean and it has a helpful staff.

This is a busy store, and for good reason. When you really need something now, this store has a huge selection and stocks most items for the general homeowner as well as contractors. Even when the lines get long, they move very quickly.

This is a good store for getting almost anything you want. They are very careful during the pandemic and yet still have good supplies. The people working there are helpful and I got the keys and soil and LED lights I needed.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The associates are knowledgeable and willing to help.
