If you need to rent a tool at this location, DON'T DEAL WITH MIKE, he's a JERK with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, ask for Scott, he's very helpful and friendly!

I like going to Home Depot just seemd that the employess are no longer concerned with the customer. The stores are disorganised. I am in the Georgetown store and have a problem, called for a manager 3 times over a 30 minute window, No one ever showed. I left with no answer or purchase

Violet was patient with professional service, and has a very natural personality to care for customers.

We had an unpleasant communication exchange with an associate in the countertop materials section. I was looking at the quartzite and granite for our 60 sq ft of kitchen counters, which we will be replacing soon. My very well-behaved 4-year-old was two bins down at the laminate. He opened the bottom drawer where the samples are kept just to look. An associate rushed over and treated my son as if he were about the handle heirloom china, correcting him in a rather verbally aggressive manner. Let’s keep in mind this was laminate. I was standing right there and she did not acknowledge my presence. Correction is appropriate in some situations, but this should really be done by the parents. My son normally takes correction very well by a number of adults in his life. This communication exchange was extremely upsetting to him, and quite frankly, it was upsetting to me as well and delegitimizing to me as a parent. The visit was not all bad. The associate who assisted me in the drills section was helpful and knowledgeable. The cashier was friendly and efficient. I may visit this Home Depot location again in the future if nowhere else has what I need. But for goodness sake, I’ll be buying my counters elsewhere.

I bought shower tile, grab bars, shower rod, bathroom sink faucet and new shower head. I'm pretty sure I will be back for more items as I figure just what is needed to finish our bathroom remodel.

I one needs lumber, this is pretty much the only show in town. Lumber supply was good, good quality and neatly stocked. No one could show me any spools of heavy gauge galvanized wire. Had to buy that at TSC.

On a rainy day, the staff helped me find 4 stock tanks all the same size, dump out all the rain water AND load them in my truck! Blown away by how kind everyone was for a difficult customer request made more difficult by the rain!

The manager was especially good at listening to the problem with a purchase and made it right!

Had help everywhere in the store. Easy in and out.

Most of the time when we have been trying to find something we came to buy, we have to ask for help finding it. The employees are usually pretty easy to find, and all of them have been helpful in guiding us to the things we are wanting to find and select what to buy. The store has never been out of what we have needed.

Dan in the electric department went above and beyond. I had attempted to replace a faulty fan light fixture and after much frustration, returned to Home Depot thinking I needed a different product. Dan took my old fixture and helped me figure out which wires needed to be connected and which parts needed to be reconfigured. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. With his help I was able to complete my project and saved me the cost of an electrician/handyman. Most places you can not even find someone working in a department, let alone someone who actually knows something about the area they work in. this really made my day!

Of the numerous stores I've visited, this is the only one where I feel that everyone I've encountered at the store has been truly focused on the customer experience and has wanted to help. More than that, they actually seem driven to solve complicated issues and provide good solutions. I've had to deal with multiple stores over the past few months doing a massive home renovation, and this location is the only one that consistently seems to care about their customers.

I enjoy going to this store. Employees are helpful. I was there today comparing Ryobi Fogger and associate saw me asked if could help me. Asked what is the difference and he followed with good information and did not try to upsell me . One was $99. and the other $299. After explaining I bought the $99.00 not only for price but I did not need the overkill product for $299.

I don't' remember ever shopping here when they didn't have what I was looking for.... They always have the desired items in stock. The store is always clean, and the employees make the store a very enjoyable experience... not only do they know their jobs, they are always very friendly and sincere.

store was clean. Most team members were helpful and/or nice. Customer service was abysmal. I bought $250 worth of lights, but a previous customer had returned the wrong lights in those packages. I returned the lights, but was told that I should’ve checked the re-sealed packages before I left the store. I said, ‘someone should’ve checked the packages before they were put back on the shelf.’ No apology - nothing. The customer service representative then listed the return reason as, ‘manufacturer defect’. Cooper lighting is the manufacturer and, as an electrician and lighting specialist, I LOVE their products. This was not a manufacturer defect, it was a critical thinking defect. I called the manager, Manny, after I left the store and told him what happened. He told me he could give me a refund and I told him that wasn’t going to cut it. You can’t try to sell me the wrong product (effectively attempted theft) then just tell me to trek all the way back across town for a $25 credit or whatever. 1. Customer service isn’t trained to handle any kind of return. 2. Management either doesn’t have the authority or the stones to make any of it right. I guess Home Depot is just one big garage sale now. I look forward to hearing back from someone about this whole debacle.

Abby was VERY helpful. Although she was very busy doing her job she never made me feel as if I was keeping her from her duties. She was very knowledgeable and spoke with confidence. She took me directly to the items I needed versus what most others do "Isle #7". If you need GREAT service look for Abby.

The Paint Dept has amazing employees. They matched paint to a flake of old paint.
