The attendants at the pro desk are excellent! They always help me and get me out in a very timely matter. Sometimes pthey even help me load out materials. That’s why the Glendale Home Depot is the best in the area!!:)

Excellent customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable through the store. Even you shop small or big you are treated professionally.

This store needs better service it took me one hour to get in and out of the store just for three little Items a padlock a sliding door lock and vertical rail it took 40 minutes just to have the rail cut. This is not the first time it takes me long to get service in the store I think the best store I’ve been to from all the Home Depot‘s is Whittier California on Washington

There are store clerks like Lupe and Norik, who assisted me to find what I was looking for during my visit. However, the rest are not very helpful at all. If there will be other home improvement stores nearby, I will consider going there. I hope that most of the store clerks will be customer service oriented.

Store is clean and everyone is very knowledgeable on the products.

My favorite store

The cashier forgot to put some of the items I paid for in my cart. That was an honest mistake. But when I tried to phone the store to tell them, nobody answered the phone, even though I tried a couple times and let it ring FOREVER (actually 11-1/2 minutes). They need to teach someone how to answer a phone at that store.

The items are in good quality, the prices are affordable and logical, and the staff are very helpful and polite.

Great clean store usually in and out..my experience with Noemi was excellent she exceeded all employees I've dealt with in the past..please do yourself a favor and let her help you..there are others but she stands out..busy store lots of everything..prices are fair and really good depending on the season and months..

Very very rude - terrible customer service. Asked 2 different workers for help and both acted as if my question was stupid and they couldn’t be bothered.

We bought our KraftMaid Cabinetry's through Glendale Home Depot, their Kitchen and Bath Representative, Angela was very knowledgeable and nice, enjoyed working with her. She designed our Kitchen, two bar area Cabinets, and four bathrooms. excellent experience.

I prefer this location over the other Glendale location because it is a more pleasant store to shop in and the staff is friendly.

Great store. My go to store for all my home needs. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Go see Angela if you need anything from kitchen and bath she is amazing!!

Really pleasant shopping here, every sales associate was helpful, from entering the store, to checkout, and out in the parking lot (security guard was friendly, smiling).

This is a mistake. The store I just completed the survey forA should've been Colma (0639) not Glendale (0649) Please correct this because I want the employee (Arnold at the Colma store) to get credit for a job well done.
