Hi Everybody, It was a good day at Home Depot in Grafton, WI on yesterday. I was looking for some security lights, did not know exactly what details to look for and I was helped immensely by Karen. I am thankful for her helpful hints and insights. If you need help in the lighting department, ask for Karen, you'll be glad you did. If you have an Employee of the Year award, then I would like to nominate Karen for the time she afforded me with a great attitude and much useful info.

This isn’t my “home” Home Depot, but I go to this location often for work. Having had previous negative or neutral experiences with staff in years passed, I’ve really noticed an improvement over the last few weeks/ months. The employees are friendly and truly offer assistance if you need it. I’ve needed tax exempt status assistance with the Customer Service Desk and was blown away with the thorough help I got. Great to see genuine customer service growing back into the communities.

I purchased 2 boxes of amerimax gutter cap online and had it delivered to my house. I received 2 pieces. The online .com department told me there was noght they could do. I went to my local store and they went above and beyond to make it right. they called the online department and had it out with them. I got a refund and a discount on the item from my store. They took the matter into their hands to make sure I was happy. KUDOS!!!

Knowledgeable, courteous employees and well-organized and well-stocked shelves make shopping at this store a far superior experience to the Glendale location!

Even if you think you know what you are doing and what you want to purchase for a painting or staining project, go see Kevin Buchholz in the Grafton Wisconsin Home Depot paint department... the guy is brilliant and happy to give amazing suggestions as to how to make projects easier and they will turn out much better! Unbelievable new products...some as simple as these new gloves that stain will not leak through. Well done and thanks Kevin!!!

Dom was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the Ryobi tools

One lock on our house was failing. Needed new lock but, this would have meant two keys (old locks and new lock). Jeffrey Hoevker told me that w an original key (w code stamped in it) he could re-keyed the new lock to the old keys. Five minutes of work from Jeffrey saved us a lifetime of fumbling w two keys for our house. Thank you Jeffrey!

I purchased 58 10" wall blocks and my sales associate, Dominic Menzia helped me load all of them into my truck.

Every employee knows where everything is located. If they don’t know they are quick to find an associate that does know. That is your strength. Any Hdwr store has inventory. But only HD knows which aisle.

I wanted to build something for my classroom. I was ready to just give up because I wasn't finding what I needed. Joe Montella showed up and asked if I needed help. He was so helpful and helped me figure out my project. He was great and truly embodies how customer service should be.

This store always has the most helpful and pleasant employees.Instead of hiding from the public they are always around to see how they can assist the costumers.

Never been disappointed

Starting our construction process was super easy thanks to Home Depot and their AWESOME employees! We started our first build and Home Depot not only saved us money but it was every single associate and manager that really made the first project easy! Whatever this store is doing, they are doing it right!

We've bought several appliances, landscaping products and our kitchen cabinets from the store in Grafton. We've had the Home Depot workers install things for us and they've always done a great job.

picked up mulch this morning, store had plenty in stock and store employees very friendly, helpful and got us in and out very fast

I appreciated the excellent customer service by the team at Home Depot -Grafton. We needed assistance in several depts, all depts were so very helpful. They consulted and reached out to colleagues to help us with our shopping needs. We were able to complete our project the same day, as we received the needed support.

Bought a leaf blower - paid more than anticipated, but, well worth the recommendation from the employee who helped me. The two clerks I had help me were so genuinely kind & courteous & knowledgeable.

Haven't had any problems with almost anything I've bought and when I have had to return something, it went smoothly.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator, front load washer and dryer with pedestals then came back for a Snow Joe Snowblower and Snow Joe Shovel all are working great with no issues. This trip we bought a Magic Chef Fridge/Freezer for the office and looking forward to the same quality!

I have a choice between Home Depot stores and will always choose the Grafton WI store even though it is a bit more distant for me. The store consistently stocks more of the items that I desire to purchase and the staff is super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I talked with David Willis on a kitchen cabinet addition to the cabinets that we had installed many years ago. He looked up my history and identified the make and model of the cabinets required for this update.

Tim Sullivan was great in Appliances.

This is my favorite home depot in the world. I shop there minimum of 7 times a week. All departments are extremely helpful in helping me find and source everything I need to run my business. Thanks guys!

For those who love house plants and gardening.Stop into the Grafton location to speak to Carol. She is a beautiful person and very helpful. I was happy to learn new information on planting and new information on the variety of plants and their names, and what it takes to keep them alive.
