Great Place, Great service! Even at the Service counter!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a Zero turn mower at this location. Spent 1.5hrs arguing with the store manager/supervisors about a price they promised me the previous day. All of that arguing for them to finally find the note that was passed down from the previous days manager. The employee's talked to me with complete disrespect. Made the experience extremely frustrating for such a large purchase with them.

The employees are visible and ready to help!!! You cannot say that about many other hardware or big box stores! Right from entering to questions answered, to checking out!!!

the people at the store are friendly and do ask if you need help. I had guy help me load drywall on a cart and asked what I was using it for? He also asked if I needed anything else. The check out lady was very friendy.

The assistant store manager, Jon, is rude and unhelpful. We will no longer be returning to this store based on his actions.

We had trouble with an online order of a vanity - ordered and delivered to the house broken TWICE. Finally shipped it to the store, and not only did they check it out for us, they arranged deliver AND helped us get our refund for the two broken ones! They were great! And they're always helpful and knowledgable!

The store is always stocked well, and I am always able to find what I am looking for. The employees are helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you.

All the sales staff are so willing to help with our purchases. They all appear to be knowledgeable about so many items in the store.

Home Depot use to be a fairly decent place to go for home fixes. Sadly, “customer service” has fallen by the wayside. When they say DIY, Home Depot means it, not many offering help when needed. Needed to replace my range, anyone around appliances were either busy or “don’t work in that department” THANKFULLY a man, ANDY from plumbing, went above and beyond trying to help. Though VERY GRATEFUL to ANDY FROM PLUMBING doesn’t make up for the multiple employees that were unwilling to help.

Friendly and helpful at this store

While the store was average (small compared to other Home Depot locations) the masking policy SERIOUSLY is lacking with the employees. There was a mask....over the chin?! Please! No one has a nose too big to be covered by the mask. If you go, be aware of the complacent masking attitude by staff.

Carol in the cabinet department helped me with my questions regarding a bathroom faucet. She did an outstanding job. Great personality, and very friendly. The faucet was installed yesterday. Well done Carol and thank you for your help.

Terrible sales staff.

The staff at the Grafton store are great! All were very helpful. We needed help finding a Milwaukee Tool and the associate needed to find one on the shelves above.

helpful employees, desired products in stock, easy checkout process, good store location

I’m in the process of doing a remodel of my kitchen. I have been to a number of other “Big Box” stores in the quest to get the right appliance suite (at a minimum, at least 6 different experiences), this last visit to HD Grafton was by far the most pleasant, efficient and productive. Mr. Tim Sullivan better than “made the grade” and I was finally able to complete this phase of the arduous remodeling endeavor.

The store is always clean and neat and well stocked. The employees are great with their customer service.

Received great service today from Carol and Janeyl in the appliance department and Jill at the service desk.

The Grafton store does not have sufficient stock on items. Will shop other home improvement stores.

The employees are friendly, taking the time to explain things, and helpful, not ever minding to grab something on the high shelves, or taking it to my car because it is too heavy for me. That is very important to me.
