Every time I have been to this store the employees go out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help me get what I need!!

This store has far better wood products than competitors and is priced lower than other stores!

If you go in, look for Mariana, the best cashier. Very Knowledgeable and quick.

Bought 6 totes. No checkouts in sight, but employee that separated every lid and tote I had. Presumably to check for stolen items. Just hire checkers!

We just purchased carpet. Everything went smoothly from creating an estimate at the store, scheduling and conducting a measurement, and confirming pricing via phone. Everyone was courteous and helpful!

Brandon was great help in locating the correct refrigerator for me and it was even on sale. The line-up/selection of appliances is great and prices are reasonable.

Had a great trip to Home Depot recently. The person in the tool dept was very informative and helpful selecting the tool I needed. What topped it off was the checkout experience. Mariana was a hoot. Extremey personable and funny. Also very efficient at the register. Helped us get a Home Depot Card as well! I hope you are fortunate enough to get her register on your next visit.

The fridge won't be delivered until next month. I like doing business with Home Depot GI. It's 40 miles closer to me than the Home Depot at Hays, KS.

I had a quote from another supplier on a front door. HD beat the price by more than $3500. The staff, Mike, was extremely helpful and gave me a catalog (which the other supplier did not do) that helped me compare designs and pick the best door.

Got cat5e plenum cable and had a great exp with the staff at this location. I would give Jasmin a 6 out of 5 stars for doing such a great job, Thank you for all your help Jasmin.

I recently purchased a snowblower @ the Grand Island, NE Home Depot. It was marked at 1 price and rung up at the register $200 more. Manager TJ and Associates, Tricia and Matt, work very diligently to make sure I left satisfied and happy. They were very helpful, respectful, and polite. They were the epidemy of what true customer service should be. I couldn't be more pleased with this store and its employees!

Amber, Morgan, and Linda, could not have done better for us than to bring their best customer service and knowledge for the HD products, and their locations we needed on this trip! Jimbo was also able and willing to help us figure out some information about doors we need to purchase as well!! We were able to pick up an order and a couple of other items quickly and efficiently thanks to them.

Matt went above and beyond helping us find what we were looking for. He was very pleasant and professional!

Visiting my daughter from out of town and needed some tools to complete some home projects. The Grand Island store employees were very helpful and friendly. A shout out to Dustin and Leticia for great customer service. My transaction was a little complicated but their perseverance paid off and I was able to purchase the tools I needed in a timely manner. By the way, their store is very clean.

Had problems with a chainsaw that I’d bought a few years ago. Went to put new chain on and it would not fit. Associate worked with me until we had a solution that would work.

Lisa, went out of her way to help my husband and I while we were shopping for Tomato plants and Softener Salt. She is very friendly and a great representative of Customer Service. It was a pleasure to shop at Home Depot

I always like coming to this Home Depot and it is my first choice for hardware store needs, wood, tools, etc.

I’ve bought both electrical & plumbing items the past couple of months.

The staff at the Home depot were very attentive. They took the keen interest in the specifications and the kind of product we were looking for. They called us several times when they were able to meet our needs. It's a great store.

It's so refreshing to have quality customer service! Jose was great to answer all my questions and go above and beyond for me. I did NOT feel like I was at a "big box store" at all!

We went to the store looking at refrigerators and a few other items We were asked several times if we needed help and everyone smiled and was happy to help. We don't live close to the Home Depot so we were totally unfamiliar with the store.

I keep returning just simply out of comfort. When I think of Tools, I think Home Depot.

when I entered I was greeted with a smile and was able to find what I need quickly.
