Stopped in to return a few trees that were under warranty. Customer Service helped me find my rec't and got me my new trees. A nursery expert examined my dead trees and gave me tips for success with my new trees. The service was fantastic, especially in a day and age where service is almost non-existent. Thank you Marcedes and Brian for all your help!

All the staff is very helpful!!!! You do not have to go find them, they are all over the store! All the items we needed were available.

Very helpful with getting what I needed!

Enjoyed shopping at the GI Home Depot. We were easily able to find everything we needed, then the associates were so helpful in making sure we found what we needed. Everything we needed was in stock...and we were very impressed with the selections of the products we were looking at or buying. Home Depot is always a very clean store, Restrooms especially appreciated as we come in from out of town. We were impressed with everyone being so helpful and friendly.

During my visit to the store I was greeted and welcomed. I found the products I wanted to purchase and received help getting them. Tarressa the cashier was very patient and when we were having trouble she called Jason over to help me. Both were genuinely helpful. Jason was extremely generous. During this time of year and with all the pandemic issues it was refreshing to meet a sales staff who I felt were genuine in helping me. Both Tarressa and Jason should be commended along with all the staff at the Grand Island NE. store. The store manager should be very proud of your staff and store. They did a great job and I will be shopping at your store in the future.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had what I needed and helped me understand how to install myself

I recently had a project that I knew little about in terms of product availability and integration. I had the good fortune to meet Chris when I needed help. I had a great experience and got the product/system that I was seeking. the store was very well kept and everything with the exception of one small item was in stock. I was a small, free standing item that was ordered immediately and is now in for pickup.

I found the exact freezer that I was looking for. The sales associate approached me. I didn't have to search for someone, which has been my experience at other stores. He was knowledgeable about the product. He checked and found that there was only the floor model available of the freezer that I wanted. He looked it over with me to ensure that there was no damage. He carefully wrapped it so it would not get damage on the way to my home. It had no price tag. Since it was a floor model he has the SKS number in his phone and loaded up the freezer and took it to the cashier and gave her the SKS number to ensure that there was no issues when I paid. He and another employee loaded it into my truck. It was a great experience. All I had to do was pick what I wanted and pay for it. The way is should be.

Once again Chris and the staff at the Grand Island Home Depot have out done themselves with their friendly, helpful, professional, accomodating service! The friendliest staff of any store in Grand Island! Store is always clean, well stocked and well staffed with caring associates. My 'go-to' store for all my home project and home care/repair needs.

Great prices, clean store, friendly and helpful staff. But seems like they to update their website with their staff inventory. We order 39 panels over the website get to the store they only had 32, pull up to load and they thought they didn’t have any at all, I go to get a refund they triple check by someone going to visually look turned out they only had 21. But the staff who loaded panels where very professional and helpful. I honestly appreciated them and their services.

The employees were very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed before leaving the store. They helped us with a return also which seems to be hard during these times.
