We have made several purchases as we upgrade our kitchen. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable.

Went into plumbing today, and Becca went beyond for me. I had no idea what I was doing and she put together my whole piping underneath my sink. I was pressed for time and she put it together. Handed it to me and said this is what you need and I was so grateful to have her helping me today. Everybody was really nice and I didn’t even have to wait in the line. I walked right up to the self check out and got out in a rush. Thanks Home Depot for making my day. I live out of town and I’m here because I just lost both of my parents. It has been a challenging time, but I can honestly say, Becca put a smile on my face for the first time in a while, and that made my day.

I've lived many places and in my experience this location has the friendliest, most helpful, and most knowledgeable staff of any Home Depot I've shopped.

Home Depot trips are few for me. This location is the nearest location for me but still a 3 hour round trip. When I do go to this store, I hope that I will be able to go and return home as it usually takes the better half of the day light hours and I am hoping to be able to use whatever I buy, Unfortunately, it is not that easy any more. Anything you buy at this store, please open the box and inspect your merchandise BEFORE you leave the parking lot. Gas is expensive right now and these guys will sell you broken, returned, used items for full price. They are useless over the phone in trying to resolve any issues after you have left the store, without making sure that you are willing to waste the time, money, and energy to return the item(s). The motto “never stop improving” is so true because you’ll never be able to start in the first place.

This store is a mess. We have been remodeling our house and go often to this store. Nothing has changed all summer. Poor floor and shelf conditions

A special order patio door was finally at the store after several delays and I was told that the delivery crew (independent vendor) refused to deliver items like this since it was too large. When I talked with the manager about it he apologized and said he would make sure to have delivery set up within the next two days. It was actually the next day and it was delivered by 4 employees (at least 2 of which were managers) who hitched a trailer to their own vehicle and not only delivered it but carried it around to the back of the house to the installment location. When I asked about paying the delivery fee, the manager said there would be no charge. These guys dropped what they were doing and went way beyond my expectations to take care of what was turning into a very frustrating situation. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

This store has been a mess all summer long. The floors don’t look like they have been swept in months. Product in aisles on carts waiting to be stocked. I have submitted a review before but I am sure it falls on deaf ears.

This store has been a mess all summer. Every time we need something I just can’t believe hardly nothing has been done since the last visit.

This Home Depot is a mess. Barely shop able. Product in every isle on pallets and carts which is a safety hazard. No carts because they are all being used for product in the isles. This store has been this way for quite some time. Time for a new manager.

We shopped Home depot today (a Sunday) and it was busy. Many employees asking if they could help but only two self checkouts open and no ther checkout options. What a mess!

Memorial Day weekend Saturday is game day for this business right? Pallets everywhere and i had to dig through the Ryobi pallet on the floor to find an item they were promoting. Mothers Day weekend I was appalled by the Garden Shop and it is always a complete mess. I love your products, but will only buy what i need online and will eliminate the time-wasting trips to that store.

Junk everywhere, Apparently they use the walkways for storage in this place and none of the employees know where anything is that oh and don’t forget there’s no parking here so be ready for that

I am a retired person who does not have a need to visit home improvement stores very often. The employees at this store actually asked ME if they could help me in some way (instead of seeing a lost/searching look in my eyes and running the other way). I will certainly shop here again.

We purchased a large quantity of landscaping items. All the associates were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely go back when additional items are needed.

Recently purchased a DeWalt battery powered caulking gun. It uses the same batteries as my other DeWalt power tools. So, I did not have to purchase a battery or charger to support the caulking gun. So far, it has worked very well, and saves a lot of hand cramps associated with manual hand operated caulking guns.

I really do like shopping at the Grand Junction, CO store both in store and by phone ordering. I live out of state and the Grand Junction store is my store of perferance.

I have been coming to this store since 2011, now that I live in Grand Junction I have bought all of my home needs here. I like that the staff is helpful to an elderly Lady like me who basically doesn't know much about remodeling, buying appliances or other purchases. Now that I have come to this store quite often in the last year, I no longer feel like a fish out of water!

purchased a propane gas water heater to replace a leaky one.Very pleased with the quality of the product.
