I cannot Express enough how grateful I am for the team in Plumbing, especially Dan and Rathke for helping me out in my time of need when my Water Heater went out this cold winter! Rathke not only saved me a TON of money and helped me to get all I needed for the job, but also helped load the 130lb monster into my Truck!! And on Black Friday they priced matched a Tool kit for me gladly and with a willingness to please the customer! This store has come a Long way since I moved here and all I can say is Keep Up the Good Work Rathke, Dan, Kathleen and the rest of the amazing Team!!!! A few days ago I went into Home Depot to buy paint for our office. The gentleman at the desk was quick to suggest something without listening to all of my needs. Unfortunately his recommendation it went terribly. I decided to try again and this time got Jenny to help. I showed her images of the progress and she immediately was empathetic. She went to great lengths to find a much more appropriate paint. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable and made for a much better experience!

Home Depot is a fun play to go

Associate went and got a ladder and retrieved an unopened box of GFCI's that were empty on the shelf and did it with a smile and great attitude!

Employees have literally taken tools out of my cart accusing me of being a thief. Cashiers have literally refused my payment accusing me of being a con man. I'm a paying customer and I work in the finish construction industry. Contractors are a huge part of HD profit margin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GRAND JUNCTION HD!

I had 3 questions show up expected to go home empty handed but with more knowledge but I had slight hope the prices I thought was quadruple the amount I thought I might have to pay that would question if I really wanted to spend it but when I asked my response was that price not bad. The person who answered my questions helped me out and did some exceptional work that I did not ask for but said thanks

This product requires you buying special adapters I will never buy dewalt again

This would be a 5 star rating except that it can be difficult at times to find somebody that's not busy and can help you. But when you do, they are kind, friendly and knowledgable. I understand being understaffed and busy, so I don't get upset about it. Besides its hard to be mad when someone is helping you.

Your employee Charlotte (she used to work in lights, then customer service) she has ALWAYS been a help, a delight and kind beyond measure. If I need help I know I can depend on her. She is an AMAZING employee. I think she’s been there at least 10 years. She deserves a bonus!!

I found it easy to access the store in Grand Junction and have found parking readily available. A pretty well run store, much like my other home store in Glenwood Springs, CO.

Employees were very helpful. One even got up from his desk to spend about 10 minutes helping us find the product we were looking for and helped load it on a cart. I really appreciate the customer service!

I had the most incredible experience while shopping for window treatments at this store. Because of an incredible salesperson, Sierra, I will not only return to this store - but will advise everybody I know to do so, also. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and patient. She knew her product, was able to maneuver through the choices and help me sort through the information, but more than anything - she was kind and loved her job. She made me feel valued as a customer - and important. I will return.

This store needs more available employees out on the floor. The store was a zoo and it was very hard to find people to speak to if you had questions.

The paint department is fabulous, take them a tiny sample and they'll match it perfectly.

Large store with gennerally good selection. Sometimes very busy but that is what it is.

I NEVER write reviews. That being said I can't let the people who handled a bad situation go unnoticed. Brook was the customer service cashier and handle a bad situation with great professionalism. He listened to my problem and found a quick solution and got me a new product quickly and even checked to make sure that that product had all the parts in it. Jason, the Manager, was great too. I loved that he let his employee handle the situation but made sure that I understood that none of these guys were to blame for the bad situation. I love a boss that backs up his great employees with care but also made sure the situation with the customer, ME, was handle professionally. We haven't always had the best costumer service at Home Depots so keep these guys, they are awesome! I also wanted to shout out to 2 other employees who helped unload and load the item in my car, I didn't get their names. They were kind and considerate and I really could not have been happier about a situation that was not great.

We have been shopping here for 15 years, the employee's are friendly and helpful, and store is always clean and has a good selection of products. Pricing is comparable if not better than other competitive stores.
