I just purchased the microwave therefor I can't write an honest review yet.

I decided to purchase carpet and have it installed by Home Depot. I spoke with Terry, of Cooper Installation, Friday morning on Jan. 28th, 2022. I requested an installation date on a Saturday. She told me that she would call me back after she spoke with her manager about installing my carpet on a Saturday. I didn't receive a call back but Home Depot called asking if I set an installation date. I told her that Terry had to speak with her manager about a Saturday install. The rep the stated Cooper Installation is not opened on the weekends. I was not told this at my time of purchase. A weekday installation is not convenient for me. I would have never purchased the carpet through Home Depot if this was the only option. I called Cooper back to get an update from Terry. I waited on an extended hold. Another lady answered and asked how she could help me. I stated my name and what I was calling about. She immediately hung up. I thought it could have been an accident so I called back. I was unceremoniously hung up on again. There were no phone issues. Someone, literally answered the phone and after I said my name, they hung up. When I called the Home Depot 1-800 number on Friday, I asked to cancel my order after everything I experienced at that time with Cooper. She apologized and stated that she couldn't do the cancellation there so she had to get me to someone else. The customer service rep. placed me on an extremely long hold and blind transferred me back to Cooper. Right back to the woman that hung up on me twice. The customer service rep. did not even let Cooper know I was being transferred to them and she did not tell me that she was transferring me there. I left a voicemail for the Home Depot store rep requesting that she cancel my order on Friday around 2:30pm. She called me back around 4pm, stating they were having phone issues but she'd get everything resolved. I received a call from the Home Depot rep on Monday around noon, asking if Cooper called and I said, "No." She stated that she would call them again and call me back. Terry called me soon after and said almost the same exact thing she said on Friday. She would need to speak with her manager in the morning about scheduling on a Saturday. The only difference, her attitude totally changed. She wasn't too friendly. She seemed annoyed. I didn't hear back from the Home Depot rep. That being said, Terry never attempted to speak with her manager on Friday or Monday. With all of the HUGE RED FLAGS and ISSUES that I encountered before a install date was even set, I sent a written request to Home Depot again to cancel my order. I was NOT told when I placed my order that the installers didn't work on Saturdays. There were way too many issues with Cooper and their responsiveness. Home Depot could barely reach them and they hung up on me whenever I called them directly. No one followed through with what they said. I ended up having to pay a $221.00 restocking fee for the carpet because of Cooper Installation and Home Depot's inefficiencies.

Great Customer Service

I bought 12 gallons of Behr Home interior paint on December 3, 2021. A female employee named Angel waited on me and took the time to understand my needs and my paint choice. I wanted my interior colors to match my exterior color. I have a perfect match and was told I could name my color choice for a later need. I named it "Angel."

The personnel at the Home Depot 0507 in Grand Prairie, Texas have always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Sheron Cantu, the Appliance Specialist sales associate that I saw on 10/12/21, was absolutely exceptional!!! I was greatly impressed with her willingness to find me the refrigerator that I urgently needed to replace the one at my home which had just suddenly stopped cooling. It was close to the end of her work day, but she cheerfully stayed long enough to assist me.

Clean and organized store, very quiet compared to other homedepot's overall experience was great just wish they had more cash registers open

When you walk in the store, go to plumbing and find Ed. He will assist you with anything in the store and you will be a better person for meeting him. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!

This location is a winner...winner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

The kids that work there are always on their personal phones more concerned about messages than about customers. Associstes lie and say we don’t have it but after being told to look bam they find products. All associates just point to the direction of products. No one helps any one at all. Poor customer service is reflection of management poor.

Too many children working who know nothing about good customer service.

The place was nice,neat,and the employees are really nice but Stephen is my favorite by far he is so nice and helps us get what we need fast.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The attendants were very professional and helpful in assisting me. Eddie in the plumbing section was particularly helpful and stayed with me to the end to make sure I had all that I was going to need to do my plumbing project. He was also very helpful in making sure I pick the right product. The self-checkout attendant was very courteous and helpful and well. Your superior customer assistance is the main reason for my choosing to shop at Home Depot; that is what sets you apart from your main competitor.

This Home Depot store was vey friendly and polite they above and beyond to help all the customers even open up more registers to get customers out in a time manner.

Brett accompanied me to everything I was looking for on my trip and he knows where everything is in the store.

The store manager Stephen is always helpful. The staff is helpful too

pulled up and three employees hanging out in a truck and a black GT, talking with their airpods on. walked in and not a single greeting from anyone the entire time, each associate was chatting it up, two in inside garden. i go to checkout and there is no one watching the registers? the cashiers where chatting it up and one of them had their backs turned to a customer. there was a desperate customer needing help by us. where is the leadership? absolutely the worst home depot i’ve been at, jeez..

I entered the store today in search of a specific product. Upon approaching the main cashiers, Janie asked if she could be of assistance. The product I was purchasing was in a locked cage. She exceeded expectations in retrieving the item and assured it was the one I wanted. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She truly made my shopping experience a positive one. Thank you for having Janie in your employ.
